Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine releasing any doubts or fears you may have about your ability to make positive changes.

As you inhale again, imagine drawing in feelings of confidence and capability.

Now, bring to mind a specific change you wish to make. 

It may be small or large, but it is something that you truly desire to see happen.

As you exhale, imagine that you have the strength and power to make this change happen. 

Change is a process and it takes time, effort and patience. 

Trust in your abilities and trust the universe to guide you towards the path that will lead to the change you desire.

Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine yourself already having made the change. 

See yourself in your mind's eye, living in a world where this change has already occurred. 

Hold onto that feeling of accomplishment and allow it to fill you with a sense of empowerment.

I am capable of making positive changes.
