We’re back!
And we are SO stoked about it. We missed making our little podcast!!
In this ep we have a mega catch up on everything from the birth of Mel’s daughter to the reason Brigitte thinks she’s a terrible singer (hint: it’s not at all what you might expect and it’s hilarious). PLUS we talk about our current health goals and how we’re going about achieving them.
We ran out of time but Mel was going to mention the tools she uses to stay focused on her goals and get them done, so we thought we’d mention them in these show notes. The first is The PCOS Journal, which Mel uses to stay motivated and on track. Particularly, she uses the habits chart in the journal to really keep her moving forward with her goals.
