Ericka J. Gonzalez-Smith possesses a strong understanding of Higher Education, Organizational Change, Curriculum Development and Assessment. She received her Masters of Education from Brock University and a combined honors’ Bachelor of Arts from King’s University. In addition, she is a designated Master Trainer from the Association of Talent Development and is certified in several assessment tools. Ericka completed coach training through the Coaching Training Institute, a certified program through the International Coach Federation. She brings expertise in program development and evaluation as well as a strong background in teaching and learning practices with experience as an educator and seminar instructor. Ericka has been actively engaged in Higher Education for the past 12 years specializing in Leadership Development, Intercultural Development, Experiential Learning, and Service-Learning.As facilitator and trainer, Ericka has facilitated training workshops, sessions, and conferences in Strategic Leadership; Workplace Performance; Personal Power; Emotional Intelligence; Diversity and Cultural Competence; Group Dynamics and Interpersonal Communication; Personality Type; as well as Strength Based Performance.
