Description

Join Kyle Roed as he speaks with Janelle Duray with Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) and C. Mitch Taylor with SHRM.  The topics discussed include:  How JAG supports graduation rates for those with significant barriers to success, SHRM and JAG's partnership, and how HR mentors help students succeed.  Janelle is the Executive Vice President for JAG, where her passion lies where education and workforce development intersect. Ultimately, this supports a thriving economy to benefit us all.Jobs for America’s Graduates does this through public and private partnerships at the national, state and local levels. After nearly 40 years in this space, JAG is more relevant than ever and I am humbled to be a part of this work.Mitch is the Director of Public Policy for the Society for National Human Resources Management (SHRM).  The Society for Human Resource Management is a professional human resources membership association headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia.
