In this interview we speak with Jo Riley, CEO of Censia. We talk about Talent Acquisition and how COVID has changed the current market for hiring. Censia's mission is to remove hiring biases and we discuss some of the common biases in the recruitment process and how they can be removed. Jo has had several successful companies, trained FBI agents, and is currently receiving her MBA from Harvard University.
