She leverages her years of coaching experience across multiple business functions to coach executives to meet their personal and business goals.She’s held roles in Fortune 50 companies as an HR executive and was previously the Chief Learning Officer of YPO. Laura has co-authored book chapters and has been a conference speaker on topics including generations in the workforce, talent selection, employee development, assessment, and technology systems in HR and is the podcast host of You Belong in the C-Suite. She’s an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University, and is on the faculty of 5050 Women on Boards, the leading global education and advocacy campaign driving the movement toward gender balance and diversity on corporate boards.
