In today’s episode, I am sharing a message for anyone who identifies as fat and who is struggling with the size of their body, regardless of what pant size they are or how they relate to the BMI.  It’s unfair that society doesn’t welcome fat bodies. It’s unfair that regular everyday tasks are more challenging such as shopping for clothes or sitting at a restaurant booth, or that airplane seats don’t accommodate fat bodies.  Despite this unfairness, you have a choice.
