Description
Glen Burrows is the co-founder of The Ethical Butcher, a UK-based online marketplace for meat from regenerative farms. In 2020 Glen started Regenuary as a way to change the conversation around food and the environment. Instead of Veganuary, where the focus is solely on eating vegan for a month, Regenuary encourages everyone, regardless of diet preferences, to look at the sourcing of their food and to choose food from regenerative farming. Even if you aren’t in the UK and can’t access The Ethical Butcher’s delicious products, you can still participate in Regenuary by engaging in open conversations about where our food comes from.
