In this episode of the Plant-Based Canada Podcast we are joined by Margaux Khoury.Margaux Khoury is a Business Founder, Start up Advisor, Artist, Environmental activist, Certified in Plant-Based Nutrition, and language lover.She has started a wide range of companies and eco brands, including founding a global, 100% plastic-free, vegan company. She is also a corporate advisor for ethical start-ups, especially those wanting to be vegan for the environment, human health, and animal welfare. She is now working with the Plant Futures Initiative, especially the chapter at Harvard University where she mentors students on their mission towards a plant-based future at Harvard and beyond. Stay tuned for our conversation where we hear exciting updates about her work with this team.  Margaux is certified in holistic plant-based nutrition, with a focus on longevity. She has studied what the longest living people on earth have in common and loves helping families like hers. As demonstrated by the initiative  Rising Mothers, where her aim is to create a community of parents raising their children on plants and who want to live healthier, longer.  She has been a guest speaker at both Saint Thomas and Harvard University, and a frequent lecturer on animal rights, environmental issues, animal agriculture, ethics and true human health. Margaux has worked with leaders on helping farms switch from farming animals to farming plants. She believes that authenticity is paramount, especially in the professional landscape.
