Can you think of one single moment that has influenced your life? For this episode of the Plant-Based Canada Podcast, we are joined by special guests, twin brothers, George and Daniel Cho, as they share one moment that has had a profound influence on their lives and discuss how it led them to their spirituality and where they are today.Daniel Cho, MPH is President of Lifestyle Is Medicine, a non-profit organisation that helps people prevent and reverse today's most common health conditions through community health programs. Daniel embraced plant-based eating after becoming a Seventh-day Adventist christian at the age of 16 and has dedicated his life to helping others experience the healing power of plant-based nutrition and healthy lifestyles. Daniel completed his bachelors in nutrition at the University of Toronto and his Masters in Public Health at Loma Linda University.George Cho ND MFSc CEP is a plant-based naturopathic doctor at Pathways Lifestyle Medicine Clinic and Energy Shack Juice Bar in Toronto as well as Paradise Fields in Hamilton. His clinical practice focuses on treating lifestyle-related diseases using a unique combination of natural therapies and lifestyle medicine. He has been plant-based for nearly 20 years and lectures widely on lifestyle as medicine and plant-based nutrition.
