Description
Podcast Channel: Horses, Mountains, & Dogs | By Cat Caldwell MyersEpisode 2: What is Meant for YouHave you been at the phase of your life where you believe that what you seek is seeking you? In this episode, I share a bit about how this podcast came in to being, why I said no the last time someone suggested I do a podcast, and how, no matter what happens, we can use it for good. For example, I blew out my knee skiing with my husband, which was unfortunate, yet many of my gifts of intuition, family, healing & helping others came out of recovering from that injury. On the other end of the spectrum, there are those winning streaks, and the gifts we were born with that we have a choice about using and sharing, and taking care of, or not. It is amazing what can be done with the power of our minds & the meaning we ascribe to things when we GO FOR IT!As Debbie Ford said, "It's not the thing itself, it's the meaning we ascribe to the thing." If it is meant for you, it'll come back around, my friends:)Episode Takeaways:Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself.Don't think: what is the worst that could happen; instead, think: what is the best that could happen.Be positive and trust that what is meant, is meant for you.Always be nice to yourself and believe that today is going to be a great day.The power of self talk goes way beyond what we can even measure!Thank you so much for listening!
