Description

On a show that features big ballers on a weekly basis, it's only right that we welcome THE Big Baller himself, LaVar Ball (42:00). LaVar brings the passion as he always does, discussing his three sons, their basketball journeys and much more. But first, our ballers, Patrick Peterson and Bryant McFadden, talk what's trending. P2 posted a flashy pregame fit on Instagram this week, so we had to discuss fashion during our 'Choppin It Up' segment (1:15). You'll get insight on how decisions are made before you see your favorite players enter (and exit) the stadium on gameday. Next, it's time to check in with the Cardinals who won again on Sunday (8:00). Pat breaks down the victory over the Eagles, what caused him to be so animated during the game and what Philly might have found in quarterback Jalen Hurts. He also looks ahead to the Week 16 matchup vs. the 49ers and reacts to Arizona's Pro Bowl selections. Then, we head around the league and cover the shocking news that the Jets finally won (21:15)! Also, Tyreek Hill was spotted drinking pickle juice on the sideline this past week which caused a buzz on the internet (26:00). Pat and BMac share some of their in-game remedies that you'd probably never guess. Jerry Rice or Randy Moss (30:00)? That debate was recently sparked up again as our corners tell us their WR GOAT. And with the NBA season set to begin, the guys give their preseason predictions that we'll be sure to check in on at a later date (36:15). The focus stays on basketball as LaVar Ball joins All Things Covered (42:00). LaVar is confident that LaMelo will be the best of his three sons and explains exactly why. He also makes it clear that he wants all of his kids to play on the same team again like they did in high school, with the Charlotte Hornets as the destination that makes the most sense. LaVar comments on why LiAngelo's time with the Pistons was cut short, Lonzo's ability to make everyone around him better and the status of Big Baller Brand. You know it wouldn't be a chat with LaVar without him calling out Michael Jordan. Our guest is not backing down from that 1-on-1 proposal with MJ and remains confident in his ability to win.

Titles in the series (100)

Patrick Peterson and Bryant McFadden have made a living for their coverage skills on the football field, and while it's a different technique, they're now applying those traits on their podcast 'All Things Covered'. Instead of wide receivers, tight ends and running backs, they'll be covering sports, entertainment, social issues, personal interests and more. Every Wednesday, the 8-time Pro Bowler Peterson and 2-time Super Bowl champion McFadden will discuss what's happening on the gridiron as well as what intrigues them off the field. Each week they'll welcome a star from the sports and entertainment world to have wide-ranging conversations about what interests them. Guests can include active or former football players but also athletes and influencers from other sports and walks of life. Football is how we know our hosts, but far from what defines Pat and BMac. The name says everything; expect all things to be covered! You can also watch us on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/AllThingsCovered
