Reality is continuously re-animating itself in each moment based on your expectations and attention and can be changed at any time. 
What’s been, and what is, is simply what you’ve observed and been awake to so far. If you’d like something new - it’s a matter of tuning into and energizing that new possibility into your experience.
As you tune into and match the frequency of your desired state and reality - you begin to align with it more and more until it becomes your living breathing everyday life. That’s what we’ll be doing in this meditation.
