Just to start this out on the right foot - If you have hair & your hair is done, you don’t need anything else.   Shifting mindset… What does that mean to you?   What does commitment mean to you?   Do you think that they correlate?   If you can’t commit to YOURSELF how are you supposed to commit to anything else?   Most days you probably don’t want to commit to what you originally committed to, THOSE are the moments where you really figure out who you are. When you figure out how committed you are to yourself.   We live in a society where everyone wants immediate gratification. That is not going to give you the end result that you want.   So when you are committing to things, you want to make sure that you map out a realistic plan, and have realistic expectations for yourself. Don’t commit to something that is impossible to accomplish.   On the other side of that, if you commit to yourself, FOLLOW THROUGH.   The days where you feel like shit & you don’t want to follow through with your commitment, those are the days that you NEED to commit no matter what.   Although you might have fear of failure, not doing what you committed to is where the failure comes in. When you are working towards something, you can never fail.   Don’t think, just do.   Stop overthinking ALL the things that you want to do, and just pick ONE thing and just do it.
