My Career Principles
Don't find a job. Find a manager. It’s not the job title that matters but who you work for. Are your values aligned with your values and goals? Is it somewhere you can comfortably fit in and work towards your dreams?
In this episode, I share some of my career philosophies. Although I have not been in my career for a long time, with my experience in HR, I have some valuable career philosophies you shouldn't miss out on.
In the session, I dive deep into why who you work for matters more than the job title, ensuring your values align with your recruiter and embracing that your career path doesn’t have to be perfect.
Besides, I share the importance of building your career on your own terms rather than other people’s opinions and why you must consult God in every decision.
