While a lot of people might only ask this question when they feel stuck and unhappy with their current situation, it is important to evaluate the status of your career once in a while. The cost of settling in your career may be greater than you realize.
 In this episode, I am going to talk about how much it costs you to settle into a career. Having been in the HR sector for 10 years, I have met people who are not comfortable in the jobs that they are in.
 I have highlighted factors making people settle for less including fear which is dominant among most people. I have also talked about making a plan for your career to help avoid making mistakes.
 Stop procrastinating and do what you want without postponing. Don’t settle for less as you are of more value than you can imagine.
