Showing up as a leader is HARD especially when you know there is going to be drama.    When you can see something starting to come up, the best thing that you can do is immediately address it.    What you permit, you promote.  The reason that you want to stop it as soon as it comes up, is because you’re making sure it doesn't go any further. That is the last thing you want, is for it to get out of hand.    As humans, we have a tendency of being a little passive aggressive. So i’m going to say this angina, for those of you in the back.    What you permit you promote.   It doesn’t matter how big or small your business is, you HAVE to take control. That is the role you are in. You are the leader. Not their savior.    Oftentimes, we are held hostage by our own employees. We are people pleasers and we don’t want drama. BUT You need to let people know who you are, and where you stand and be THE leader.    So,  are you a conflict avoider?  Do you have clear communication? Are you showing up as a leader ?    A leader doesn't back pedal. Remember that it should always come from a place of love.
