MARCH: about ICE BATHS
 Today, it’s about something I do all year round. It’s about the nice cold ice baths.  A little outtake: 
“One of the lessons learned is the following:
In my life, I usually want to enjoy the process. I don’t think about the result. I focus on the process.But when I do the ice bath, it is the contrary. Imagine it’s cold outside. Like minus 15° / 5 Fahrenheit. And your hands and feet are already out. And your body is wrapped in a nice thick coat – and now: take it off. All of your clothes. Take the axe and break that ice. And now, get into the water. That’s when your brain could say: I don’t like you.But then I tell my brain: think about the result. You know how it is. You will get high; you will be all euphoric, okay, the body has tons of work to do heating up the system, but gets rewarded with spaghettis, so come on – let’s do this.And then I go.Lesson learned: for once, I have to focus on the result to be able to do the process.Another lesson learned: not only my body but also my brain does a lot for a plate of spaghetti.”
