Do you ever wonder if the Law of Attraction can manifest negative things into your life? If you struggle with negative thinking, this episode in particular will shed light on the matter. We had a listener ask this question and we are actually really excited to talk about this. In this episode, we’ll help you manage this fear by:
Understanding that fear is often the border of the reality we have known
Normalizing the fear because when we become aware of our negative thinking, we are given the chance for growth
Using your forces - we teach you the difference between a compelling force verse a building force
Increasing awareness of your state - we explain how you can gage what your manifesting through what state of being your trending on
Feeling - give yourself space to feel what you're feeling!
Reconnecting - reconnect to your vision, gratitude or whatever makes you happy so you can put emotion into that
Being firm with yourself - be compassionate towards yourself and then be firm with improving yourself
What we really want you to remember is that you don’t need to be afraid. Even if something “bad” does happen, it’s going to be ok and it will be for your growth no matter what happens.
