My guest is Fiona Arrigo. Acknowledged as a leader in her field, Fiona is an internationally acclaimed intuitive healer, mental life teacher, qualified psychotherapist and biodynamic psychologist.
For the past 35 years, isn’t that amazing, she has been running The Arrigo Programme, her internationally acclaimed retreat in Someret, which brings together her approach with working through trauma and stress. It is all about liberating and shifting energy. Reading the reviews of the retreat attendees consistently say that just 5 days feels like 5 years of therapy.
