Dr Peter Johnston is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, lifestyle medicine practitioner and wellness coach with a PhD in Human Genetics. Peter is also a fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine acting as a facilitator with Melbourne Lifestyle Medicine and running his private practice; Perfect Human Food.We chat with Peter about the benefits of a whole food plant-based diet and the common learning curves experienced as people transition.
