In his role with Employers, Kiefer profitably grew premium in the region through the effective management of the company’s independent agent sales channel, while overseeing the strategy and execution of new business acquisition as well as maintaining underwriting standards. He led the implementation of a sales efficiency program for Employers for the Nevada Restaurant Association, CUNA Mutual Insurance, and the Montana Hospitality and Lodging Association. Kiefer began his career in insurance with Wells Fargo Insurance Services where he started as a front-line commercial insurance producer before being promoted to Wells Fargo Bank Liaison.
