On this week's episode, the Ghost speaks with author KF Seetoh, the premier food writer and hawker stall authority in Singapore.  Seetoh, who founded Makansutra, which is THE food guide dedicated to Asian food, culture and lifestyle, has been known as the go-to-guy when it comes to the cuisine of Singapore. 
If you're into the food of Singapore, you've no doubt seen him on every single episode of TV that the late Anthony Bourdain shot in Singapore.   An impassioned supporter of the Singaporean hawker community, Seetoh has been tireless in his promotion of the food stalls particularly since the Covid-19 pandemic hit. Like most restaurants across the world, the hawker stalls have been hardest hit within the industry in Singapore.
