There is a pervasive scarcity mindset that plagues the nonprofit sector. The fear that there is "never enough" - never enough money, power, influence, time, people, talent, board members, you name it. But, what if we are looking at it all wrong? What if there IS enough to go around? That's what my guest Nell Edgington wants to show us. Nell has spent her 25-year career innovating in the social change sector. As president of Social Velocity, she helps create more strategic, financially savvy, and confident nonprofit and philanthropic leaders and organizations. Nell is a popular writer, speaker, and blogger, and author of Reinventing Social Change: Embrace Abundance to Create a Healthier and More Equitable World.
