Today’s episode is going to get into the nitty gritty of triggers and dating anxiety. I invited my amazing friend, Britney Moses on to bring on her RICH goodness on the subject of psychology and mental health, and did she ever deliver.
Brittney Moses is a Los Angeles native, passionate about seeing this generation live wholeheartedly with purpose. While pursuing Clinical Psychology, she leverages her platform to reduce stigma, educate and assist with helpful information on mental health- especially for those in the church. Brittney is also a certified recovery support group facilitator with NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Still, her favorite part of life is being called Mommy to her sweet son Austin.
Brittney KNOWS her stuff and is incredibly passionate about this. Also, she has such a beautiful story of redemption and working through so many of the issues she now addresses to other people.
