In last night's Hurdle Session, we had a really special conversation about navigating life post-injury. I knew that I needed to share my sentiments on it on the feed. Injuries, and all of life's hurdles, are tough. They make us feel like we're not good enough, and it's hard to figure out the "right" way to move forward. Even harder (sometimes), when you're "back" to yourself, life and things that used to feel easy feel ... not. I've been there. I get it.
