Description

Today's interview is with Julian Hayes II. After pursuing the dream of becoming a doctor, he left after one year of school to pursue a bigger purpose, which was striving to make his difference & impact through inspiring others to use wellness as their impetus for growth & expansion in all facets of their lives at theartoffitnessandlife.com. He is an author, health & wellness consultant, nutrition coach, and sleep science coach who also writes a weekly column for Inc and many other publications about health, habits & behaviors, and lifestyle (with plenty of superhero & music references included).

I enjoyed his unique perspective on health, creating systems to start exercising, staying healthy & fit while traveling, and the life lessons gathered from learning how to salsa dance & other various dances. And of course we geek out on all things superhero.
