Today we’re going to talk about the best vegetable for gastritis. I believe the best vegetable for gastritis is cabbage. Gastritis is essentially an inflamed stomach. This is a major problem. It could take years for your stomach to become inflamed. Typically this is a chronic problem after taking Aspirin for many years, taking steroids, the overuse of antacids, or a bad diet. The main symptom of gastritis is upper central abdominal pain. There may also be bloating.
A few gastritis triggers:
• Chronic stress
• Not enough sleep
• Sugar and refined carbs
• Too much coffee
• H. Pylori (destroys the mucus lining, lowers stomach acid, lowers intrinsic factor)
