I explain what it really is and what’s going on that makes you feel so tired all the time, and how you can heal from all the burnout.  Today I’m speaking from both personal and professional experience to explain what is known, not known, and incorrectly assumed about adrenal systems and adrenal fatigue. I discuss what triggers many of the common problems of cortisol imbalance and what you can do about it.
