We’re back after our July break and talking all about transitions today. Wading through change can be tough on anyone, but when you’re living with ADHD, integrating new behaviors can be much more difficult.
And while we might normally think of “transitions” as the big seasonal changes that come at us a few times a year, don’t forget the smaller “state changes” we adjust to daily; waking up in the morning and adjusting to the day, or going to bed at night to ensure healthy sleep are just as challenging for some ADHD brains. What do you do to make it through your daily, weekly, and even less frequent transitions?
