About this ebook

The Original Bible Diet reveals the divine blueprint for health and holiness, straight from the Torah. Have you ever heard the phrase, "You are what you eat?" In Scripture, that saying carries eternal weight.

This powerful book dives deep into what YAHUAH defined as food—what is clean, unclean, fit, and proper—according to biblical law. The Hebrew word kosher doesn't just mean "clean"; it means fit, proper, and aligned with the Most High's will. But kosher eating isn't just about avoiding pork or shellfish. It's a sacred instruction that governs what animals can be eaten, how they must be prepared, and which food combinations are acceptable.

Learn how the laws of Kashrut go far beyond tradition and into prophetic alignment with your spiritual walk. We cover:

  • What makes a food biblically clean or unclean
  • How Torah defines food (and what it doesn't)
  • The shocking truth about modern food science and its validation of Scripture
  • Why YAHUAH commanded His people to avoid certain foods—and what's at stake when we ignore it

This book will help you understand how obedience to dietary laws impacts not only your health but your holiness. If you've ever wondered why YAHUAH gave such specific eating instructions, or how to apply them today, this book is for you.

Need a deeper foundation in Torah? Don't miss our companion title: Has the Law Been Done Away With?

The Original Bible Diet is not just a study—it's a return to purity, righteousness, and purpose. Once you learn the truth, you'll never look at your plate the same again.

Unknown Hebrew

I write under the name Unknown Hebrew as a devoted member of the Fourth Tribe of Israel, walking daily in faith and obedience to YAHUAH. My journey began within Christian doctrine, but a thirst for deeper truth led me back to the foundation of it all—the Hebrew Israelites. That spiritual homecoming rekindled my purpose: to study, to write, and to live by the ancient paths YAHUAH established for His chosen people. The name Unknown Hebrew reflects my core belief—to turn all attention away from myself and toward the glory of YAHUAH, our ELOHIM. Everything I create is for His purpose: to study and show ourselves approved, to walk in the ways of the Order of Melchizedek, to spread the gospel to Israelites scattered across the earth, and to await with faith the return of our King and High Priest, YAHUSHUA.

    THE CONSTANTINE CREED

Below is a creed, purportedly formulated by the early Christian church against Hebrew practices.

I renounce all customs, rites, legalisms, unleavened breads & sacrifices of lambs of the Hebrews, and all other feasts of the Hebrews, sacrifices, prayers, aspersions, purifications, sanctifications and propitiations and fasts, and new moons, and Sabbaths, and superstitions, and hymns and chants and observances and Synagogues, and the food and drink of the Hebrews; in one word, I renounce everything Jewish, legalism, custom and rite; and above all he who is expected by all the Jews in the shape and dress of Christ, I renounce Anti-Christ, and join my self to the true Christ and God. And I believe in the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit; the holy and consubstantial and individual Trinity; I profess the dispensation where one of the holy trinity, the Word of God took flesh and became man;... if I pretend to be a Christian and return to Jewish superstition, or shall be found eating with the Jews, or feasting with them, or secretly conversing and condemning the Christian religion instead of openly confuting them and condemning their vain faith, then let the trembling of Gehazi cleave to me, as well as the legal punishments to which I acknowledge myself liable. And may I be anathema in the world to come, and may my soul be set down with Satan and the devils.

Subsequently special creeds were drafted, to which the Christian would have to swear such as:

I accept all customs, rites, legalism, and feasts of the Romans, sacrifices. Prayers, purifications with water, sanctifications by Pontificus Maxmus (high priests of Rome), propitiations, and feasts, and the New Sabbath Sodei (day of the Sun,), all new chants and observances, and all the foods and drinks of the Romans. In other words, I absolutely accept everything Roman, every new law, rite and custom, of Rome, and the New Roman Religion.

    KOSHRUT INTRODUCTION

    ––––––––

Let us begin in The Book of Jubilees, 22:14-21, here it is describing to us the last words of Abraham and blessings to Yakov (Jacob), it reads, "¹⁴ And may He cleanse you from all unrighteousness and impurity, that you may be forgiven all the transgressions; which you have committed ignorantly. And may He strengthen you, and bless you. ¹⁵ And may you inherit the whole earth, And may He renew His covenant with you. That you may be to Him a nation for His inheritance for all the ages, and that He may be to you and to your seed ELOHIM in truth and righteousness throughout all the days of the earth. (We read in Jeremiah if we can see the Sun, Moon, and Stars, you know that Israel, the twelve tribes are still on this planet mixed among the nations.) ¹⁶ And do you, my son Yacob, remember my words, And observe the commandments of Abraham, your father: Separate yourself from the nations, And eat not with them: And do not according to their works, And become not their associate; For their works are unclean, And all their ways are a Pollution and an abomination and uncleanness.(See our book, Abraham’s Beginnings: While He was Avram). Recall, if you will, what was written in 2nd Corinthians 6:17, it tells us, ¹⁷Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith YAHUAH, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you." Many brethren have assimilated into the nations, and they do not know about what is clean and unclean or anything about righteousness, but if you have a Hebrew who understands the truth and that person turns away from YAHUAH; do not eat with that person.

Let us continue, go to The Book of Jubilees, 22:17-21, which reads, "¹⁷ They offer their sacrifices to the dead and they worship evil spirits, and they eat over the graves, and all their works are vanity and nothingness. ¹⁸ They have no heart to understand and their eyes do not see what their works are, and how they err in saying to a piece of wood: 'You are my Sovereign Ruler,' and to a stone: 'You are my Sovereign Ruler and you are my deliverer.'[And they have no heart. ¹⁹ And as for you, my son Yacob, May YAHUAH ELOHIM help you, and the ELOHIM of heaven bless you, and remove you from their uncleanness and from all their error. ²⁰ Be you ware, my son Yacob, of taking a wife from any seed of the daughters of Canaan; for all his seed is to be rooted out of the earth²¹ For, owing to the transgression of Ham, Canaan erred, and all his seed shall be destroyed from off the earth and all the residue thereof, and none springing from him shall be saved on the day of judgment." That is The Book of Jubilees, ancient scrolls, and we have sixty-six books that speak on things that we will examine as we continue in this truth. We will break down and take a closer look at the context as it relates to the food argument that most Christians point to in the New Testament as a reason for them to eat whatever they want.

CLEAN AND UNCLEAN SHALL WE START WITH THE SCIENCE?

    ––––––––

Let us begin by defining the difference between Kashrut and Kosher; Kashrut is the dietary rules that deal with what we are to permitted to eat and how they are to be prepared; while Kosher deals more with the product; it is telling you that the rules of Kashrut were followed in the preparing of the product. We will take a more in-depth look into Kashrut in a bit, but first, let us put the puzzle pieces together and discover the entire truth. Let us peer into what is considered clean and unclean and some of the possible reasons that YAHUAH put these things in place. We will start with the science first. Could there be a scientific reason as to why we should not eat certain food? Did YAHUAH know something that we are just now starting to comprehend? Does the concept of clean or unclean apply to our time? Because according to some philosophies, YAHUAH declared all things clean, so we are no longer under these prohibitions, right? Let us take a look.

When Noah built the altar unto ELOHIM and took every clean beast and every clean fowl and offered burnt offerings on the altar, according to Genesis 8:20. What were the criteria that determined whether a creature was clean or whether it was unclean? Obviously, Noah knew and later was it recorded in the book of Leviticus, which we look at in more detail as we continue down this path, but quickly let us look at the complete description as to what is clean and what is unclean, as well as what is the difference. Reading from the book of Leviticus 11:3-4, we are told "³Whatsoever parteth the hoof, and is cloven-footed, and cheweth the cud, among the beasts, that shall ye eat. Nevertheless these shall ye not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that divide the hoof: as the camel, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he is unclean unto you. Now scientifically speaking, chewing the cud is regurgitation out of a pre-chamber in the stomach and rechewing of the food before it is further digested. The animals that are listed have the same physiology and anatomy, while others have similar anatomy, like those that have the cloven hooves, yet they are still considered unclean. Let us get a little more; read Leviticus 11:5-8, And
