REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS

Ask yourself this: Do you have what it takes to mentally and physically run your own business? I hope you answered yes to that question, otherwise you shouldn’t be here. Everyone who has attempted, whether successfully or not, to run a business knows you need to come into the show with a strong mind and heart. If you don’t have the passion, you won’t get far.

When it comes to selling feet online, it’s the same like any other boutique or e-commerce store out there and that’s usually how I like to think about it.  You have to dive in with a strong mindset, otherwise, you’ll get pushed around and walked over. There will also be times that you feel like giving up because you’re not meeting your goals or you’re having a hard time finding your niche, and that’s okay. You’re allowed to take breaks, that’s what I’m encouraging.

When I first started selling, I was super excited, even though I had no knowledge of what I was doing. And, I will admit, I gave up and took long breaks many times: I felt like my passion for growth was gone. With all of the competition out there, I thought I would never get sales due to others already being knee-deep in the industry.
