It's all come full circle for Travis Pendleton aka Seth Barlow. The sole survivor of the massacre that took his entire family, he rode into the small town of Willow's Peak to track down the Rumbarr Gang. These were the killers who had massacred his family, and Travis was now very close to finding them.

Using the name Seth Barlow, Travis hoped to find information about the gang, infiltrate them, and hopefully strike at them, when they least expected it. Along the way, he met the love of his life, Faith Harrison, whom he secretly married. The two vowed to let their marriage be known plainly once Travis had finished his business with the Rumbarr Gang.

Now, in the culmination of much hard work, Seth has managed to finally track down the gang. He follows a hunch and manages to discover a shocking secret that even he had no idea of. The Rumbarr Gang was led by a secret leader, someone Travis never even suspected of leading the gang. Now, Travis has finally tracked down the gang and their mysterious leader. He can take them all down and finish what he started. He'll need a little help from the town's young and idealistic deputy, David Crane. He'll also need all the skills he's learned since the massacre, and even a little luck.

Chapter One: A Shocking Discovery

Ax and Dutch Rumbarr met the boss at the prearranged meeting place. They were with Big Phil Tucker. As always, it would be Ax and Dutch hammering out the details of the next job with the boss. Big Phil was not one for planning or thinking. He was always known for just following and getting the job done. He had always been considered the muscle of the group. A silent and reliable worker they could count on in any situation. Except for Bolo DeAmar who was noticeably absent, all the members of the Rumbarr Gang were here. These were all the men responsible for the ill-fated massacre of the Pendletons in their ranch.

They met at their usual, reliable meeting place for planning. It was a remote area in the middle of nowhere. The boss himself had chosen this location for its strategic value. It was a plain field where they could see anything coming from all directions. They could easily spot an ambush or any hapless passer-by and deal with them. There was also a small cave behind them where they could easily retreat and lie in ambush in case anyone seemed threating.

I've got a new job for you, boys. I notice Bolo isn't with you. Any word on him? the boss said.

Ax Rumbarr shook his head. Nope. He hasn't contacted either of us. He hasn't been showing up at our place for more than a week now. I can only assume that he has befallen some... unfortunate fate.
