About this ebook
If I knew how to draw a picture of how I feel, I would pick up a pencil and paper and begin sketching.
If I were capable of sculpting a solid figure of my thoughts, I would grab a hammer, some stone or granite, and start chiseling away.
If I could choreograph a dance or even a fight explaining what I want to say, I would rise, do some warmup exercises, and start moving.
Since I am able do none of these things, but I can write in a way that happens to have a rhyme and rhythm to it, that’s exactly what I do.This is to place into the world the love, despair, and everything in between that would otherwise stay hidden inside, where it would do very little good. I believe everyone can find such an outlet, a medium or forum that allows us to feel freedom.
David Deutsch
David Deutsch did not know he would travel this far in writing but is anxious to see where it all goes from here. Apart from writing, he loves watching movies, telling jokes, and exercising. As far as a life philosophy, he believes we should listen first, think second, speak last and not worry so much about being right since ‘incorrect is not the same as ignorant.’

Poetsy II - David Deutsch
51.
When kindest melodies and lyrics came
To my ears, at once your image appeared
In mind, and suddenly my legs went lame,
The song replaced by thoughts of my endeared;
Because your sight is like a symphony
Of cherubim, who sing at God’s footstools.
Your voice, too, rivals diamonds’ brilliancy,
Rend’ring mine mute, my mind made as a fool’s;
So when things of beauty, joy, and laughter
Present themselves to me at any time,
Know the thought of you will soon come after,
Making each good thing all the more sublime.
And yes, even those things in life so rough
Are endurable now, for you’re enough.

You, smile-maker, cause joy so glorious
It cannot be hidden by any mask,
Melting thickest veils with light rays furious,
Like those in which hottest desert sands bask.
Nor can this joy be jailed by etiquette-
The silly rules that mock love’s expression.
Formality’s calm can’t make me forget
My joy when you made your first impression.
And no, neither can the powers of space
And time block the brightness of this feeling.
Miles and years apart cannot encase
Such bliss as has me thankfully kneeling.
My own fear that I’m nothing but a
