    Really? But who is always using its incomparable and the most formidable military and economic might to muscle its way around the world, and prove that it is right everywhere, all the time?

    Who fits the description better? USA, China, or Russia?

    2. World In Conflicts

    The fact Is that the world today is rapidly descending into a serious state of instability and insecurity.

    This is a matter of concern for all humankind.

    This is posing a great danger to world peace.

    3. The West

    On the one hand, the West feels that the rest of the world is fast catching up on its lead, and is posing a serious danger to its longstanding pole position of global dominance.

    Certainly, USA and NATO are rapidly building and expanding their alliances and their military, apparently in preparation of wars against their putative enemies.

    And who are the West's putative enemies? Well, none other than Russia, China, and perhaps Iran and North Korea. And beyond that, maybe India too, when India eventually gets to be too powerful for its own
