Introduction

The purpose of the publication of the ‘Connecting To The Fractal’ volume is so that earthlings can familiarize themselves with the laws, principles and rules of conduct in the Universe, valid for all civilizations and all entities that populate it.

The book is written gradually. In the first part, the primordial Laws of the Universe are explained in a way that everyone can understand, followed by the general laws of operation and generally valid laws within the Ensemble of Universes.

Whether young or experienced, it’s advisable for anyone to know and observe the sets of laws described in this work, as they provide an essential guide to understanding the structure and, as such, a guide to behavior. All laws described are valid anywhere in the universe and are superior to local Earth laws.

In the second part of the book, called the Universe Project, the genesis of the Universe, its design and the fundamental principles of its operation are explained, which, as you will see, are different from the notions held on Earth.

A. The Primordial Laws of The Universe

In the following we’ll explain, in the simplest and easiest to decipher manner, the complex and complete laws of the Universe in which we find ourselves.

There are multiple universes - grouped and linked to primordial Centers called C00, which in turn are linked to a general center of the Ensemble of Universes called C000.

This concept is different from the multiverse reference used on Earth. Real universes do not belong to a multiverse and one cannot cross from one Universe to another. A technical explanation on how these structures function is described in detail in part 2 a, the Universe Project chapter.

1.The Law of Evolution and Hierarchy

No spirit is the master of another spirit.

There is a hierarchy of subordination in the Universe, however, another basic condition is also observed, namely that no spirit is allowed to consider itself the master of another spirit. Some spirits evolve rapidly, others evolve more slowly, but one will never be considered the master of another. Less evolved spirits will respect and obey the hierarchy present in the Universe.

The degree of evolution of a spirit is represented by certain codes and distinctions, and the level to which a conscience rises to is highlighted by the range of frequencies that that spirit emanates. Thus, evolved spirits have a wide range of frequencies, while those in early development have a rather narrow palette.

To assess a spirit's degree of evolution, the following are considered Criteria:

a) Emotions: Specifically, the generation of emotions versus self-control. It is important for a spirit to be able to feel emotions but be able to manage them and not react uncontrollably on emotional impulse.

b) Mental state: Through this evaluation criteria, the mental development of a person is tracked, which does not depend on the increase of memory capacity (data base), but on the improvement of judgment and the development of as many modular schemes as possible (logical schemes characteristic to a field). This process will entail the development of the capacity for understanding and synthesis.

c) Behavior: The proof of an evolved behavior is manifesting yourself perfectly towards other beings, in accordance with universal laws. No matter how much professional success one achieves, as long as one's conduct leaves something to be desired, it is clear that its spirit has not evolved enough.

d) Attitude towards life: For Earthlings, if a spirit is optimistic and positive, this demonstrates that it’s capable of feeling gratitude for participating in the experiment of living on a material planet. Even if someone considers himself pious and obeying of the laws of the land, that’s not enough if he’s not also grateful for the chance that has been given him. No matter how difficult it may be, a spirit should show gratitude for being given the right to participate in this experience—that of being temporarily earthling.

e) Using conscience: In everything he does, chooses, decides and acts, an earthling must use his individual conscience, in which the laws of the Universe are archived. Using your own conscience is mandatory. Every person, before doing something, must analyze whether he’s acting correctly or not and evaluate the consequences of his actions for himself, for other people, for the environment and for the planet.

In this way, these mandatory aspects are evaluated, criteria that will be taken into account to determine the degree of evolution of a spirit. The law of evolution and hierarchy will be taken into account wherever you are in the Universe and no matter what situation you’re in.

2. The Law of Duality

Anyone, wherever they are, can either make a good choice or a bad one.

There are many kinds of ranges and vibrations in the Universe, containing countless types of frequencies.

A range represents a string of information, usually from 1 to 7. The range can be represented mathematically: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7; in colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, having correspondence in sounds, respectively: do, re, mi, fa, sol, la, si.

Ranges contain subranges, where:

frequency = oscillation = rotation,

vibration = location = pulsation.

The ranges that a spirit develops represent the steps in its evolution. Not all beings possess the same range types. Each entity will develop only the ranges it resonates with, meaning it will consciously or instinctively choose the ranges and frequencies that fit. In the course of its evolution, any spirit goes through a multitude of experiences, and in their wake it will automatically charge itself with the ranges it resonates with.

At the beginning of their existence, the spirits of the Universe have the same frequencies in composition, and along the way they will acquire different ranges of frequencies, depending on the experiences lived, the thinking, the conscience, the personality, the way of being and degree of evolution reached. The distribution of the spirits will be done according to the range register obtained, that is, each spirit will be assigned by those who monitor its evolution to the area corresponding to its evolution.

There are no bad or good range sets. Ranges represent the stages and experiences that entities have gone through. Depending on how the colors will be assigned and corresponding frequencies, the spirits will resonate and move to the fields that suit them. Entities have diverse personalities, some being more serious, some more cheerful, some having technical inclinations while others have artistic talents, some being more optimistic while others are more pessimistic.

Having free will, a spirit will always have choice in the decisions it will make. Through this process he will always acquire other frequencies, resonating with certain ranges.

On planet Earth, the difference between ranges is greatly exaggerated, the duality being more accentuated than in the other environments in the Universe due to possible extreme situations that an earthling can experience. Sometimes even an educated spirit with a high conscience is tempted to make wrong choices that do him no honor given the unique circumstances to which he is exposed. The duality is very accentuated on planets with civilizations still in the primary evolutionary stage, such as Earth (but also other planets).

In these environments, beings will have to constantly exercise their free will, being pressured to make short-term decisions, but circumstances are no excuse for wrong choices. Regardless of the conjuncture it goes through, a spirit will have to respect the laws of the Universe, so that its further growth is not affected. Spirits that make decisions that are considered wrong in accordance with the laws of the Universe develop negative low frequencies that they will then resonate with and that will influence their future behavior.

On the scale of evolution, where each case is analyzed, entities that learn negative vibrations and resonate with low frequencies will be sent back to appropriate environments, where they will be given the opportunity to have other experiences so that they correctly understand how the laws of the Universe work. If they have made the wrong choice, the spirits will later be presented with the analysis of their decisions, made in the overall, macro context, so they could understand where they went wrong and what they still need to correct.
