Chapter One: What is life? (Chemistry 101)

Einstein said, Everything in Life is Vibration.

Thoughts and sound are both vibrations. Everything you see and experience in your life results from your thoughts' frequency matching something else's. Even if we don't comprehend something, it doesn't imply it isn't true.

Chemistry is a branch of science that links all other disciplines, which is why it is also known as central science. It's commonly referred to as the central science since it brings together physics, mathematics, biology, and the earth and environmental sciences. Knowledge of chemistry is beneficial because it helps us better comprehend the physical world around us. Everything is chemical, whether we like it or not! As a result, a better understanding of chemical properties and processes may shed light on a wide range of natural and artificial events.

Chemical compounds are the building blocks of all living organisms. Reproduction, breathing, and other bodily functions are made possible by chemical interactions in their cells.

Since it bridges the gap between physics and mathematics, biology and medicine, and earth and environmental studies, chemistry is frequently referred to as the core science. Understanding the properties of chemicals and chemical reactions may provide light on many areas of physics and biology. Understanding the physical world around us is essential, and chemical knowledge is a suitable place to start. It is impossible to understand the disciplines that follow chemistry without first grasping the foundational notions of that discipline.

In our universe, nine types of energies, as seen in the image below.

Our bodies use energy to perform an array of functions. Sound energy is the outcome when a sound or pressure force causes a material or object to vibrate. There are waves of this energy moving through the material. This kinetic mechanical energy is what those sound waves are made up of. Sound energy is the result of vibrations traveling across a medium. Brain electrical impulses transform the vibration of sound waves into an auditory experience, and various frequencies evoke diverse biochemical reactions in the ear. Therefore music moves and does so in a wave. No matter what, it's necessary to transport energy with you as you travel. The absence of air does not prevent light from traveling across space.

Our bodies require energy to function. Metabolism is the sum of all chemical reactions to sustain life within an organism. Chemical reactions require sufficient energy. (As we note later on in this book, the energy we have will play a role in our emotions and how we perceive the world around us as well as how we behave) Humans have two types of communication systems, the nervous and endocrine systems. Our bodies are in constant communication with our environment, both internally and externally. Signals are continuously transferred from one cell to another through chemical communication. Within the nervous system, nerve cells will communicate electrochemically when chemicals cause an electrical impulse from one cell to another. In the Endocrine system, glands release hormones into the blood, targeting specific organs to elicit a response throughout the whole body.

Commonly known chemicals such as Serotonin and Dopamine play big roles. Serotonin controls your mood and is in charge of your happiness. Dopamine is the body's feel-good reward system.

We also have a neurotransmitter and a hormone called norepinephrine which is responsible for a range of processes, including stress, sleep, focus, attention, and inflammation.

When we send negative signals through our body based on our perception, it can cause a chain reaction throughout the whole body. Hormones play a key role in how our body continues to operate- it is the command center of our body. You feel stress in your body, which can damper your sleep and have a domino effect.

Since we will be diving into the Law of Oneness later, we must mention in detail the study of sounds and vibrations, known as Cymatics. Cymatics studies sound and vibration visible on a plate, diaphragm, or membrane surface. Cymatics examines the transforming properties of sound and matter through visual vibrations. We are guided and shaped by sound, yet sound itself is an elusive force. Sound may be recorded digitally, and the resulting waveforms can be seen. However, this merely provides us with a two-dimensional perspective. Everything we think of as solid, including our bodies, is in a state of constant vibration, according to a theory known as Eigen frequency, which can be observed through a process called Cymatics.

We can learn much more about how sound impacts us as a species from the Cymatics community, which takes a different approach. In this study, breathtaking visuals formed by frequencies of all types found in our bodies, in nature, and beyond are shown to integrate the fields of sound, geometry, and light into a single domain.

Before we move on to the next chapter, we will discuss, albeit briefly, the twelve laws of the universe to have a basic understanding of all the twelve laws the second chapter will introduce to us.

The Law of Divine Oneness states that every single atom that constitutes or makes up the human body is a remnant or part of everything that makes up our universe. To elaborate, it further elucidates that since all creation is connected to the universe, we all are the same. The Law also says that the full effectiveness of this philosophical principle can only be seen if we all choose to treat each other with kindness and compassion. Oneness is the quality or state of being whole, singular. When you feel oneness with something or someone, you feel like you are a part of them and not separate from them. Practicing the Law of Divine Oneness is a conscious effort that requires one to be in a positive state of mind so that positivity can be brought to the collective consciousness of the mind.

The Law of Divine Oneness also states that if you surround yourself with negativity, you shall attract negativity. Your thoughts can control you and make you believe things you may otherwise not consider. If you tell yourself you are unworthy of happiness, you will only attract sadness and sorrow wherever you go. Your thoughts also have the power to control your actions. If you aren't doing well at your job and your colleague is doing better than you, you may end up having negative thoughts about yourself and your capabilities. In that case, you will not want to do anything that makes you realize your full potential or even let you see and acknowledge that you can do much more than you think.

It is important to note here that the Law of Divine Oneness emphasizes the significance of doing good towards others and bringing harmony to the world, as what you send out into the world eventually finds its way to you. Every action has a consequence, which can be both positive and negative, depending on the nature of our efforts. If you do good, good shall come; if you wrong someone, someone else will wrong you.

The Law of Energy or Vibration states that everything in the cosmos is circular, including the physical world and our ideas and aspirations, which have their vibrating frequency. Each idea and emotion has its distinct vibrational pattern, and it will mix with other thoughts and feelings with the same vibrational pattern. Our ideas are related to the rest of the universe; thus, if you choose to have more positive thoughts, you will generate more goodwill.

The Law of Action states that each potential course of action would have its unique outcomes, whether prompted by words, ideas, or feelings. What we do must be based purely on what we think, say, dream, or feel. Additionally, the chosen activities should align with your goals and aspirations.

The Law of Correspondence states that we have control over our lives. What we do in the external environment influences how we feel internally. The Law of Cause and Effect is a universal rule that maintains that every action in the universe has an equal and opposite response.

Every impact on our world and planet has a source, a beginning point. All roads begin with an initial step, and from that first step, a chain reaction of events ensues, with offshoots extending in all directions, and so on, duplication and replication occur. According to the Law of cause and effect, your ideas, actions, and motions
