Who in their right mind would think James Gilroy, a respectable businessman, would pimp his wife out for his business? Certainly not me when this started.

I got up from my desk and walked into James’s office, What’s up?

I have Parker on the phone; he wants to know if you would meet him for drinks tomorrow, James covered the receiver of the phone and whispered to where only I could hear him, I think we can land him if you do your thing.

The next day passed by quicker than normal. We had lots of phone calls to manage, and the foot traffic had picked up for some unknown reason. When I looked up from my desk, I realized I had to meet Parker in 30 minutes, which made my anxiety
