    Internal Motivation

    So the post that I teach my students is that internal motivation is more important than external, external motivation comes from external sources such as somebody else many times, two and a half haloes. Now, those people who are not going to believe in you, if you're influenced by what they say and you think in personally, you will never actually achieve your dreams. There's always going to be somebody who is going to say something. And it could be a close family member or a friend or relative. It could be just about nobody. But if you take and listen to them, their doubts, their insecurities, everything that they tell you reflects themselves, not what you're capable of doing.

    So if you take whatever they say and you think it is you, you will never become what you want to be. If you want to become your greatest and the best potential you can be, you've got to work well within, you know, sometimes those are going to be hard and trying times. While nobody believes in you and you don't even believe in yourself, you still believe in yourself. You still find something as small as a spark of hope. And to do that, it is quite simple. What you need to do is to focus on all the great and positive things you have accomplished up until now. Get down a piece of paper and write it all down. Have you gotten a degree in the past? What have you accomplished before? Have you mastered the art of taekwondo? You mastered some sport.

    Have you beat somebody in chess? Have you beat somebody in a chapter game? Have you done something that you felt so great for the whole purpose of you writing down everything that you have accomplished that was great in your life, first of all, shows that you're capable of doing this to try to create and think of the feeling that you have when you actually got to that level, the same exact method that you went about and got any of those things in the past. Could it be replicated once again in the future for you to replicate the same success? Again, you had to focus on what you did.

    That was great back then. How did you get back to that state of mind? So it doesn't matter if it is ten years past twenty years, Studios', regardless of how many years in the past it was, regardless of how hard it was back then, the struggle for you with Ben right now to get where you want to get is more important than what you're going to be doing is comparing the past, the good events that influence your life and you're going to be trying to do them right now in the past. So when are you waiting to get out? Right. All those things down and see you in the next chapter.

    Failure = Success

    Failure is actually a success. Anybody who tells you you're a loser, you know, accomplish anything just because you tried it so many times and you failed every single time. That doesn't mean anything to anyone. Benjamin Franklin, who invented the lightbulb, fell thousands of times. Some people, some of the greatest people on this planet, have failed many times to go out and talk about the most famous person that you probably know, Steve Jobs. Well, he failed many times as well. And he kept on trying it over and over again until he perfected some of the world's greatest products. Friendly doesn't mean anything, but it means that you haven't tried it well enough.

    But it also means that if you haven't tried it in the direction it should go , you would have failed at something the ideal could have been totally executed correctly. What you should have been doing is trying it in a different business model, those people who are totally believers in the business model that they're doing. But the ideal is not good. But if they replicated the same exact thing in a different kind of a business model, they could have been totally successful. You got to know exactly when you could go ahead and call it a failure and move on to something else and try the same exact method out. Of course, sometimes you gotta keep trying with something you already are good at.

    After a while, you have to understand when it is time for you to quit, but not quit doing what you're doing when you go to success. Just quit that specific project. Sometimes they can't work is the best thing you can ever do. You take a break, you come back super energized, ready with new thoughts, new methods, new ways for you to succeed. So failure is not a failure. It's only a failure for those who give up and never try again. If you're willing, able and now interested in putting in the time and effort, you'll be rewarded more than 100 times over by putting a lot of effort into what you're doing when you're applying for many different jobs.

    How much time and effort are you putting into every kind of a job search if you're just putting a bit of effort into a lot of different jobs? So let's say, for example, you're applying to hundreds of different jobs every single week. Why not apply to one specific job and put as much as you can your best foot forward into the most potential kind of jobs that they're going to get you? Some voices just point it out to so many different voices that your effort seems not to be so much. So if you have not put really good appled put into your project, you're getting nothing out of it, although you are trying so hard, but you're trying it in so many different places. Well, business won't work with anything else, for that matter. If you're doing many different businesses, it's hard for you to focus on one and become very good at it.

    You have to focus on what you're good at figuring out, which is your strengths, and put as much as you can into the things that you're not so good at. Whatever way you can always do so much better is an option, but it's not something you have to do. Thank you so much for reading this chapter and see you in the next one.

    Power of Positive MindSet

    Success starts with a positive mindset, not everybody is born with a positive mindset. Some people are negative by nature. Other people are super positive, being super positive about everything. Sometimes when people are in the wrong direction, the same thing about always being negative. The best place to be is if you're super negative, you get to see the other side being more positive. If you are positive, you get to see more negatives. Being close minded in either direction is going to get, you know, if you have started being somewhat negative. Well, most people, most of the population actually is. Why are they super negative? Why are they used to going negative? It was a poll that a lot of times you failed and after you failed, you failed again. And you keep on thinking I'm a loser.

    I can't get anything done. I can never, ever be like you. That is not true at all. What you have to do is change your mindset. So how do you change your mindset? You start to think and try to find something positive in any negative situation. For example, you don't have any money. You don't have any money right now. It means you will not have any money in the future. If you don't have any money saved up, you can save a little bit every single week if you don't have any money whatsoever. You can still try to save a little bit. Every little bit ends up and it becomes bigger and bigger, bigger over time. Same thing about being in a negative mindset. What you all are, what you think you keep on feeding the negative hopes of energy, you start thinking about everything negative, and then you start to analyze it.

    What could go along with what you're doing, what all those all those negative things that could happen if you do it this way and you're refusing to see anything positive that could happen. For example, if you apply for this job, think about all the negative consequences of your way. Then you decide this job is not for you and you're going to be moving on and applying to a different job and you're missing an opportunity. Somebody offered you a job and you decided to take it. The reason for that is quite simple. You thought about all we think negative. That could happen if you did take the job and you failed to read and figure out anything positive. Being close minded in this kind of situation is not beneficial for you.

    So you have to try to think about something positive. Being an entrepreneur is so hard because a lot of it, a lot of money. You get commission on you, a lot of money depends on how much effort you put into the work that you put into it. There's going to be times, superyacht times as an entrepreneur on which you make almost nothing. There's going to be times you're going to make so much you wouldn't want to walk out again. In fact, you make so much that you don't want to go ahead and walk about it again. And Sopranos being one is a very amazing job. At the same time, it's not level one because you can have a negative or positive mindset.

    You better always think about the positive way that you're going to get to the next level and how you're going to be doing it, though, for the positive mindset for people who no longer work in Anticline.     Living in the Now

    The next thing that I want to talk about is the importance of believing in the moment, which means you should live in the now, not in the past or in the present, because there's only one thing that you can change right now. It is what's happening right this second. There is nothing you can do about the past because it already happened. There is not much you can do about the future because it hasn't happened yet. But when you do, your control is there now. So that said, there was this important, vital quote that they have that is posted on my wall. Everything.

    Every time I have actual doubts about what I'm doing, I OK and read this quote, let me read this quote for you. God grants us serenity to accept the things we can not change college, to change the things we can and wisdom to know that the most important thing here from this quote is to have the ability to understand that we can change anything. We do it now and that's going to make an impact in the future. What we cannot do is change the things that already happened in the past and anything that happened in the past happened with nothing you can do about it. But you can't let the past influence the future or what you do right now.

    For example, if your business totally sunk in the past and you're trying to do something right now, if you're using that as a weapon, once you actually see that this past business, the failure of it. You might be thinking it can happen again in the future. This is going to hold you back from success. If you let it hold you back from success, don't actually do so. The big thing about this is that you have to focus and understand this was the past, it happened. It has no meaning with the present and the future, and it comes up for anything in the world, anything that happens. Steve Jobs was really known about this the most.

    He always lived in the now his focus was on the now only he once never focused on the past. No, he was focused on the future because he knew only one thing could change. It is the present moment right now. So his model and the way he was living his life is that you do the best you can every single day of your life because you just never know when is your last day on this planet? And come to think about it, he did that one day anyone can actually die. That's because that's what happens with humans anyway. That said, I want you to focus on one specific thing, focus on the present moment, focus on right now and be focused really well. What you can do to change your situation at the moment.

    Now, if you don't have enough money right now, it doesn't mean that in the future you're not going to be a millionaire. It doesn't mean that in the future you're going to have zero funds whatsoever. You don't know what's going to happen in the future, but you can prepare and be ready for it when the right time comes and you're in the situation where you need money. So, for example, if you save every single time, if one day you need the cash, you have a whole stash that is saved for a rainy day. If you want to get ready for something like business, you're going to make sure that your business is running well, everything is doing well, and in a recession, it's going to do great.

    So quit telling yourself and get everything ready before something actually happens by living in the moment and doing everything you should be doing. The wrong way to approach this is that you spend all your money right now, not care about the future. And when the future comes, you're going to be in big trouble because you actually lived just right now and don't care about what's going to happen in the future. So that's one thing that is very important for you to understand, is that your happiness should not actually account for things that happened to you in the past. It should not be happening and it should not actually be two things that are supposed to actually happen in the future.

    The most important thing about happiness is that it comes within the moment, this moment right now. And you should be blessed for what you have at this moment because anything can change at any given time. Now, that said, please focus on this given moment, because that's what you have, because this quote is written in gold. It means so much. It means so much to me. This is why I post this on my blog.

    Your Words, Thoughts Become Reality

    Your words, your thoughts, your cells, your emotions, they're all connected, how can you use that to achieve your dream? I had to learn that myself and I really want you to understand this really simple principle so that you can achieve what you want, so that you can have a career in the life that you love, so that you can be the one that people are looking up to like, oh, my gosh, I love your life. I want what you have. Right. And it's really, really simple, but I'm going to dive deeper into this so that you really understand, OK, because, yes. You know, you can read all about it and you may have heard like, oh, your thoughts and your body or connected your mind and your body are connected. Yes. Great. What does that really, really mean and how can you use that? When I learned that when I really learned to use the power of my mind, the power of the thoughts.

    Oh my gosh, I know I'm still doing that every single day. Every single day. I am using the power of my thoughts every single day when I have a moment that I feel down, when I have a moment that I don't myself, when I have a moment that I'm in fear, I use this power of my mind, I control my mind and my day goes well and I'm achieving my dream and I am achieving the goals and the dreams that I wanted. And years ago, I was stuck in a job and I didn't use the power of my mind. And I kept stuck in that job because what I was telling myself was the wrong language.

    I was giving myself the wrong words. And maybe you're doing the same thing.     So here's a really important thing, and that is the power of the mind. OK, so let me break it down for you, the power of your thoughts. If you think positive thoughts and I'm not going to say, oh, well, life is all rosy. No, it's not. OK, just bear with me here for a moment. If you think positive thoughts or optimistic thoughts, you will feel more optimistic. If you think negative thoughts, if you think fearful thoughts, you will feel that tension and that fear. Just a really simple example. If you're thinking about laying in bed at night and you're thinking there's a burglar in your house. Just imagine there's a burglar in your house, you suddenly feel that your heart is beating, you're sweating, you're having this tension in your stomach because you're literally thinking, oh my gosh, there's a burglar in my house and you feel that in your body.

    And that's it. That's it. That's the connection because you're thinking that thought, it creates that feeling. So when you're thinking, oh, I can't achieve that, then you're telling your body you can't achieve it. Now, how is it possible that your mind and body are so connected? Because our cells in our body and we have about 40 trillion cells in our body there are eavesdropping on our thoughts. So whatever you tell yourself, the language that you're using, the words that you're using in your mind, you're actually directing it to yourselves and your cells are behaving up on that. Right. So if you keep telling yourself, I can't, I can't, I can't, you're not going to be able to do anything. Right, because you can't. You're telling yourself I can't. So that's what you're going to get. You are communicating that to yourself. You're communicating to your body, like, hey, I'm in fear.

    I'm having fearful thoughts. I'm having doubts about myself. I can do that. I'm not good enough. And you're totally telling yourself you are communicating that. So what's going to happen? Nothing, because you're you know, you're in fear. You're in anxiety, and you're not going to take action because you can't, you're telling yourself you can't. So, you know, why would you achieve a goal if you can't write? You're telling yourself you can't. No, by changing by changing that inner dialogue, by shifting your thoughts, you influence that chemistry in your body, right? So by shifting your thoughts and thinking optimistic thoughts and thinking about the things that you want to achieve, that is how you will make it happen. There's one important aspect, and also is that when you attach to you desire something and you attach to it, you attach to the outcome.

    That is based on fear if you always focus on the result and the outcome, it's based on fear, if you can be detached from the result or the outcome that is based on a belief in yourself. Right. So everything you want to achieve in your life, it starts with believing in yourself, trusting yourself, detached from the outcome. It's the same thing as the marriage process and divorce results. Right. So enjoy the process. Whenever you have a big dream, you want to have another career. You want to start your own business like I hope my clients to to transition from their job. They're soul sucking jobs that they really like in finding their passion and turning that passion into income.

    Right. So is that transition of, OK, how can you stop thinking, oh, I'm in this job and I hate this job and and how can you transition into doing more of what you love but trusting that process if you don't have faith in yourself, if you don't believe in yourself, if you don't trust yourself, it's not going to happen. It's not going to happen because you still are stuck in fear. And in other words, when I was a few years back and I was still in my career, but I was using the same language all the time, like people are like, oh, what are you doing? I'm like, oh, I'm a manager and I'm in this job and I really don't like it. And that's what I kept saying. Those are the words that I kept telling myself because I didn't believe I was able to quit. I didn't believe I could have money online and have my own coaching business online and sell Books and books. And I didn't believe that.

    I didn't trust in myself because all I was telling myself in those words, in that language was like, I'm a manager and I'm in a job and I really don't like it. And so I was telling all the cells in my body, like, not liking my life and that's my life and nothing's going to happen. No. The moment I learned the power of the thoughts, there's a small experiment that I did just to prove this point, and it's another chapter. Well, I will link it right here and link it down below in the description. It's a pendulum and it's actually showing you the power of our thoughts. So in the pendulum, you hold the pendulum with your hands. In short, this is what it is. You close your eyes for thirty seconds to one minute and you're telling, you know, in your mind you're telling, OK, the pendulum is turning encircled, the pendulum is turning in circles.

    You open your right after one minute and you will see that the pendulum is actually turning circles. And then you do it again. You close your eyes, you hold your head really steady and you're telling yourself it's moving left to right, it's moving left to right. And you open your right after one minute and it's actually moving left, right. It's like it's so strong that your thoughts dictate your behavior without, you know, just holding it like seriously. So your thoughts dictate the self, dictate your behavior, dictate your emotions. So everything starts here. OK, so the moment when I was still in my corporate job, I started telling myself, I want freedom, I want a life of freedom. I want to travel the world. I want to meet new people.

    I want to help other people achieve their dreams. And I am living their dream and I am traveling. And the moment I started changing those words, oh, my gosh, like other people showed up in my life, opportunity showed up in my life. I was looking in that direction. I was opening myself to possibilities instead of limiting myself into those words of no, I can. I'm not you know, I'm stuck. I'm stuck in this job. I'm stuck. Right. So the power of your words that you put into your mind, it's incredible. Incredible. So I want you to start shifting, shifting constantly. So, first of all, pay attention to the thoughts that you're having, the language and the words that you're using, and then shift them, shift them into. I can do this like, yes, I can go towards my goal. I can do this.

    I can achieve that. I can. And that is that it's going to start to trust yourself more and believe in yourself because you tell yourself, I can do this. I trust myself. That is what you're telling yourself. And you are going to trust and believe in yourself and you are going to take steps to achieve your goal and your dream. That is exactly how I'm helping my clients always take next steps. But the mindset without mindset actions is nothing. You have to have the mindset, the trust and the belief and just, you know, facing those fearful thoughts and
