Introduction!
We introduce you to our guide review of what you expect ahead of the journey to parent alienation and the psychological effects it has both on you and your offspring. This certainly is a discipline for the strong-minded and caring parent. Will set forth what to expect, feelings emotions, and the traumas you’ll be up against, but through it all, you must be fully equipped with patience. This will explain every detail of how to apply to the courts, and what forms to fill out. You’ll have to prioritize your life with an intellectual focus to proceed and make success on your own accord, or you will be willing to have to pay for fortunate solicitor and court fees. I have several friends who had the same situation, business owners, who had to pay family judicial and solicitor fees of around £60,000 BS.
The Judicial Review won’t necessarily be easy!
Through the injustice of things, we unfortunately need time and forbearance although it sounds unfair as the children are residing with the opposing parents. You are probably thinking in an ideological World, why isn’t egalitarianism met to its standards yet? The psychological impairment has become a disparity for you and your children goes untold, careless, recklessly 9/10 cases in the mother's favour. It is a traditional heritage over the archaic historical times that Mothers have always been destined to be housewives and mothers to the children, whilst a man/father is to carry out the man's duties, and hard labour, many have been soldiers or some form of market society as that seems to become the norm, like a macho thing for a man to approve himself to his wife/girlfriend, When we say a market society which can also mean for example, Soldiers, footballer, rugby, boxing, motorcycle racing, where anything and everything is up for sale, putting your life at risk, like a monkey at a circus for others entertainment. We are going to set forth a teleological precedent in how we can prioritize getting things into place to give you a better opportunity, in how to go about getting access to seeing your children once again!

Building your Foundations !
Be prepared before you even contemplate applying to the courts, it’s a long process, but ultimately a rewarding method as any child needs both parents. An offspring growing up wants and looks for answers, imagine being that child and one parent had to leave due to a relationship breakdown, birthdays, Christmas, and school holidays, you used to be there for them, guide them, and encourage them. When a child loses that, they lose direction and stability. Your absence is just as fundamentally damaging to them as it is to yourself. All those most cherishing responsibilities have been taken away from you and how you inspire them, they now don’t have that legacy. It's morally not fair and unacceptable. As you lose your parental responsibility, you have more than likely felt a lack of
