    Chapter 1

    Who Is Jesus Christ?

Jesus Christ is the son of the living God (Matthew 16:16). No one has seen God (John 4:24). The creation works of God and the power-shift history will give us a better understanding of who Jesus Christ is. The coming of Jesus Christ to the world is to restore power back to man that was stolen from man by Satan in the Garden of Eden. In the beginning, God created everything in heaven and on earth including man to dwell on earth and angels to dwell in heaven and to operate on earth at God's will. God created t hree archangels also known as angelic princes. They are Archangel Michael (angel of war), Archangel Gabriel (angel of information), and Archangel Lucifer (angel of praise and worship).

Archangel Lucifer was the choirmaster in heaven. He was a supervisory angel who was respected by other angels. He oversaw the breaking of the sun, and he alone walked on the stones of fire because God endowed him specially. God designed the three archangels specially, but He designed Lucifer more specially with precious stones, of which gold was the least valuable. He was a paragon of beauty and a symbol of perfection. Despite all these endowments, unholy acts were found in him. In his heart, he wanted to be like God. He wanted to take over from God. His desire to overthrow God and take God's place led to his downfall and dismissal from heaven.

    Isaiah 14:12–19 says,

How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake Kingdoms; that made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners? All Kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, everyone in his own house. But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as carcass trodden under feet. (King James Version)

    Furthermore, Revelation 12:9–12 says,

And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceive the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the Kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God, day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them, woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea! For the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath because he knows that he hath but a short time. (King James Version)

So Lucifer, the once paragon of beauty and an archangel, fell from his high position in heaven. God reduced him to the old serpent also known as Satan. This same way, God also reduced King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon to an ugly beast in the forest because pride was found in him in Daniel 4:28–33.

Satan envied man in the beautiful Garden of Eden, so he came up with deceit and deception to deceive and to confuse man to disobey God and be thrown out of the beautiful Garden of Eden just as Satan was thrown out of heaven. Satan could not overthrow man so easily because man was above him, so he resorted to deceiving man to disobey God, thereby leading to the fall of man and the departure of the presence of God from man in the Garden of Eden. Eventually, man was thrown out of the Garden of Eden. After lying to man and convincing man to eat the forbidden fruit, man did not actually become like God as Satan had lied to man. Rather, man lost his dominion and power to Satan. Man fell from glory to being grounded and cursed by God, being the consequence of disobedience.

In Genesis chapter 3 NIV, the first curse from God was to Satan (the serpent): Because you have done this, cursed are you above all livestock and all wild animals! You will crawl on your belly, and you will eat dust all the days of your life. And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel. This is why the serpent bites people and kills people if it can. This is also why man kills the serpent if he can. God placed enmity between man and the serpent.

The second curse from God was to the woman in Genesis 3:16 NIV: "To the woman He said, ‘I will make your pains in childbearing very severe; with painful labor you will give birth to children. Your
