About this ebook
Rhett
The Lucky Seven, that's what my brothers and I have been called since we were kids. I may have never fully bought into it, but after watching some of them find their "one" over the last few months, I can't deny feeling like they really are the lucky ones. Maybe watching your brothers pair off and moon after their women would be upsetting for some, but all I can feel is... hope. Every day, while I work on my bikes and run the ATV tours for our camp, I wait and wonder when it will happen for me. Until the day I stumble upon a woman with saffron red hair... and a bear.

Switched. My twin sister and I switched places... again. I don't know why I let her talk me into these things. We are adults for effs sake! But no, I would do anything for my sister, so of course, I agreed to come with our hippy-dippy parents on their nature quest... thing... it's only for a few days and then I can get back to my steady, ordered, albeit boring life. That's all I want. To get through this week and get back to my plain old life with no interruptions... and then comes the bear.

Dedication
This one is for my mama. You’ve always been there no matter what. You were the one who taught me that hard work pays off and to always follow my dreams. You are the strongest woman I know and I hope to one day live up to the example you have set for me.
Prologue
Rhett
"A lways remember, son, you can do anything you want. Keep your head in the sky, reach for the sun, but make sure your feet stay planted firmly on the ground. Remember those words, and when you live by them, nothing can stop you." my father tells me the same thing every time, right before he takes off into the race.
I have the coolest dad ever. I never knew my mom; I was told she died giving birth to me, but my dad has always been everything. Dad always showed me love in every way I think possible in the world. My dad also has the best job ever. He’s a Pro Motocross rider, and one of these days, I’m going to race, too. Dad always says it’s in my blood, whatever that means. All I know is that I can’t wait to watch my dad win this race today. It’s his very last one and after we’re going out for ice cream to celebrate. He told me it was time to hang up his keys and train me to be even better than him. I just turned six and got my very first dirt bike, and he told me, Son, now your training can begin.
He’s funny like that sometimes and says weird stuff, but I still love him.
