Pluto will continue to exert catastrophic effects on the social structure of countries. All issues related to power, control and authority will be on the front page of the news this year. This will result in new power structures being established. It is the beginning of an era with more values and social awareness.

A shift in the forces of world power is coming because the return of Pluto signifies a time of metamorphosis for the United States.
