The two me - Karim El magrouni
AUGUST 4TH
And here everything begins, a day like others with the revenge taste for the several no's that I have always received in my entire life.
Fighting to survive: the only concept I learned from this morbid reality.
It was that kind of day that did well at my pride, where the bitterness of the past of a ceasefire against myself, against the world and against all the evil that surrounded me emerged, I loved personal wars because my pride fed of that, but if you do not take a break, your body will take it for you.
Inside me, I was just a hopeless romantic who carefully hid all his weaknesses, however I was not looking for that enchanted world, which inside me I envied so much, but rather I just wanted to prove to the world that I was the world.
Mind is the master of destiny, heart is the master of failure.
AUGUST 9TH
After having lived very specific moments, I decide to watch all the scenes again, as if it were a movie and, in those frames, I can see a set of feelings, in that moment on my tired body I suddenly feel the stress dissolve in the air, the images in my head without a chronological order allow me to join the pieces of the puzzle of my past, in order to repeat every single second of what allowed me to build the foundations for what I have become.
I admit that I have to thank these moments which permit me to understand that I am finally no longer just floating in this reality that we call life, making exclusively appearances or surviving is unpatriotic.
