Introduction
In our daily lives, we take for granted that everything is under our control and that we are free to do as we like. However, there are instances when we encounter challenging obstacles because we are unable to comprehend what is going on or why it is happening the way it is. We discover that we have no control over these rumours. We become totally disoriented or overpowered. I'm attempting to concentrate on a different understanding of life in this book. We recognize ourselves as human beings only since we are young. In actuality, though, we are spiritual beings experiencing human life in addition to being human. In addition to imparting theoretical knowledge about spirituality, I will walk you through several real-world experiences that have scientific interpretations in this book. Worksheets and exercises are also available here so that readers can apply all they have learned.
The book is structured so that you can study every element that influences our lives in a methodical way. You should approach this with a very open mind. I kindly ask that you refrain from passing judgement before reading. A smart man once went to see a Zen master to beg for help with a problem. The man kept interrupting the Zen master often to add something of his own while he was speaking to him. The Zen teacher abruptly stopped speaking and extended an invitation to have a cup of tea to the man. Even after the cup was full, the Zen master continued to pour tea. The man cried out, Stop pouring!
as a result. The Zen master paused his pouring and stated, This applies to your behaviour. The cup is full.
You have too many personal convictions. This Zen narrative serves as a reminder that your views do not define who you are, even when you want my assistance.
Unconsciously clinging to your views makes you stiff and unable to change and grow as a person. Being open to learning and maintaining awareness of your beliefs are the keys to self-realisation. This book will assist you in lowering your stress and negative energy levels as well as promoting happiness and mindfulness, all of which will help you move closer to living an abundant
