Everything shared in this book are things we have learned or channeled over the years and have worked with getting good results consistently. Thus, we trust it enough to share it with you. We would not be comfortable sharing a teaching from someone just because they are a reputable teacher since it’s still their experience. We can only teach something we believe in. We can only teach what we have worked with ourselves and have a good understanding of its dynamic, whatever the method we share is. We provide many invocations, prayers, and decrees but encourage you to create your own version, which will always be more powerful. Decrees, prayers and mantras indeed have a lot of power as many people have used them and they are energized over long periods of time. But that doesn’t mean that your own prayers won’t have power. They will have power because they are your own creations and your own link to what you are praying to or for. We just use a simplistic and practical approach to give you easy access to powerful energies and encourage you too use the simple version.

The Scope of This Book

This book was born out of our desire to share our work with Atlantean Healing and it expanded over seven years into a thorough guide for spiritual people to live a more light-filled and aware life, with divine guidance and protection, and with more understanding and control over their energy.

An introduction to a light-filled life where you can be aware of the light/energy side of life, as well as your divine helpers.

Atlantean Healing constructs a frame-work around the book’s topics, yet the information and what is explained can be beneficial to all. Whether or not they are ever interested in practicing any healing modality.

We want to take you on a journey to discover the paradigm of Atlantean Healing. The journey will follow the same path as it does during a seminar, but without the practical training.

First, we will tell you who we are and how we came to teach about Atlantean Healing. Then, we talk about the society of Atlantis, and you get an opportunity to discover it for yourself through guided meditations. We talk about the years of Golden Atlantis and how we all can learn from that to create a new Golden Age.

Then the journey continues to the Temple of Hope which is an etheric temple where you can meet other souls, angels, ascended masters, and other light beings.

Intuition is an essential tool in Atlantean Healing, and life in general. We talk about different ways that it gives you information about what´s going on, and also several tips on how to exercise your intuitive abilities to give you clearer and louder information.

Then, one of our favorite subjects – angels. During Atlantis, they were a part of everyday life. Today, many have forgotten about them, and others are just discovering them. The group of Atlantean Angels still assist in Atlantean Healing today. We remind you of talking to angels and of all the help they can provide if you ask for it. We talk about different kinds of angels and some specific archangels, share meditations and exercises you can use to get to know and work with them. You also get an opportunity to meet your guardian angel through a guided meditation.

Then, it’s time for spirit guides and how to cooperate with them, followed by an introduction to ascended masters Hillarion, Isis, Saint-Germain, Lady Nada and Serapis Bey.

After this introduction about your subtle toolkit and possible teammates, it’s time to talk about the subtler parts of your body, starting with the aura. How to create filtering shields to help and strengthen it. How to sense and see it. What to avoid to not weaken it and how to strengthen it with the help of light, crystals, and angels.

Then the huge subject of chakras that we attempt to make as easy as possible to grasp. We talk about your possible 13 Major Chakras, 4 being ethereal and in potential, until you are functioning on a 5D, 5th dimensional level. We highlight what the main goal of every chakra is when it functions on a 3D level and on a 5D level. Angels can help you with your chakras and so can crystals, the Violet Flame, and water. My earliest memory with hands-on energy healing goes back to my childhood. Whenever I or someone else was in physical pain, I’d lay my hands on the painful area and wait for it to go away. As I got older, I started becoming more aware of the tingling sensation in my palms that seemed to start out of nowhere. In time, I started noticing the sensation wasn’t starting randomly. It would start if I was around someone who was ill or when I got ill myself.

As I got older, I got more curious about it. As a teen, I knew that my intuition was louder and more present than most people. I wasn’t sure if it was before I actually listened to it or because I was given a ‘deluxe’ edition of it for this incarnation. Growing up in Istanbul before the internet limited my access to books and classes for spiritual studies. It was only around age 17 I was able to find spiritual workshops in town and eventually, thanks to the internet, a lot more books. It was also around that time I first heard of a healing method called Reiki. Finding out that practitioners would lay their hands on people to channel healing energy peaked my interest. I thought, maybe, I finally found what I had in my hands.

I was reluctant to sign up at first. All the talk of love, light, and uberpositive people was new to me. I wondered if it was some sort of cult marketed as a healing method. Thankfully, one of my friends attended a Reiki class and offered to give me a session of it to experience what it is. He was a dentist, and we were having this conversation at his practice. He asked me to simply sit on the chair and close my eyes. The moment he started, I felt an odd sensation from deep within that I’m not sure I can even describe with words. It was like a part of me sleeping this whole time, wakes up and responds to the healing energy with joy. I thought I was literally about to burst with joy!

He may have worked on me for about 20 minutes and the whole time was like watching fireworks in my mind’s eye. I clairvoyantly kept seeing flashes of lights and at times a flow of energy as if his hands were waterfalls. I felt loved and justified at the same time. Now I knew that it was not my imagination or a series of coincidences that I could channel healing energy from my hands.

Soon after experiencing Reiki for myself, I signed up for a class. I completed all the levels and practiced regularly both on my loved ones and at the monthly practice gatherings with my teacher. During the process, with the excitement of finding a spiritual teacher, I took every course she offered or recommended. I loved learning about chakras, the aura, and crystals. We were definitely getting results with Reiki, yet I noticed that it felt different than the energy I’ve been channeling before finding Reiki. I would intentionally switch the energies on myself and my friends, just to observe the difference. I just knew it was different.

It motivated me to study and practice different energy healing modalities with the hope of finding the modality or energy type I was born with. Yet, no matter how many different methods I learned, none of them were the same as what I already had in my hands. Don’t get me wrong, I’m eternally grateful that I’ve taken all those classes and still use some of them to this day. I also became more confident in using the unnamed and unknown energy I was channeling. After all, even though it didn’t have a name, it worked! The more I used it, the more I got curious. It’s my nature. I’m not one of those people who just do things because it works or others do. I always had an insatiable hunger for knowledge.

My journey of exploring my spiritual abilities and the occult in general led me to focus more on my intuitive abilities. I was sharing my intuitive hits with people from an early age. I was also lucky enough to be born into a family that encouraged using my intuition and even more importantly, respect it. After discovering Tarot and learning how to work with it, more and more people started asking me to give readings to them. Friends, friends of friends, and sometimes people who just see me sit at a café laying the cards for myself. I rarely said no. I enjoyed helping people.

Back then, I didn’t really think that I could actually do this for a living and spend my life helping people. So, I studied dance at a university in Istanbul instead. After spirituality, it was the only thing that made me happy and that I was good at. Also, studying at a university would give me access to many other classes and more learning. It was also my dance study that brought me to The Netherlands. The country that ended up being my home for many years after that.

When my dance career came to an abrupt end due to a major injury, I was left with seemingly no other talents or formal education I could use in life to get a job. I was still offering Tarot readings and healing sessions to people but didn’t think I could or should charge for it. Bills were piling up, and the odd jobs I’d get were not consistent, but I made it work. Every time I would lay the cards for myself or meditate to find answers for a future career, I was told to use my spiritual abilities and work with people. I’d also see myself standing on a stage in front of hundreds of people but I quickly dismissed them, thinking it was just wishful thinking since I couldn’t dance anymore. Little did I know that I was meant to be on those stages to teach and speak, not dance!

I kept trying to find jobs to support myself financially and offer my spiritual services for free, but I’d have very little energy left after those jobs. It helped me realize that it would have to be one or the other. Considering how much I loved working with people and what the cards kept showing me, I finally started offering readings and healing sessions professionally. I also used Reiki to heal my negative views about money so I could charge for my time without feeling guilty.

While I mainly used Reiki in my healing sessions, I started noticing that the nameless energy I had in my hands would activate with some people and cases. Eventually, I started asking my clients if they’d like to give it a try. Since I didn’t have a name for it, I’d just tell them that this was something I was born with and felt guided to share with them. No one ever said ’No. I think the energy knew when to activate and who would benefit from it. I noticed that it would also get activated when I was around crystals and gemstones. Whenever I combined crystals with this mysterious energy, it seemed to magnify the power of the crystals. I also noticed that whenever I’d be looking at a crystal nearby or touching one, I’d get a strong intuitive feeling about what the crystal’s effects on healing would be. Then I’d check my books to see if it matched their descriptions, and they mostly did and when they didn’t, I learned to trust what these crystals were ‘telling’ me more than what was written in the books.

If there’s one thing I enjoy more than doing something I love, it is teaching it to someone else! I was already trained as a Reiki teacher and was also giving private and group lessons to people about how to work with their intuition and -eventually- angels. All that teaching made me think if there’d be a way for me to understand this mysterious healing energy and teach others how to use it, too. After all, I believed that on a soul level, we were all the same and if I could tap into this healing frequency, others could too. I first consulted my angels, and they gave me the proverbial green light. They said they’d help me understand it better as long as I asked. That’s a big one with the angels. Due to the spiritual law of free-will, they can’t intervene with our lives without our permission -except saving our lives if it’s risked before our time.

So, I asked them to give me a structure, some sort of order that people could follow when they channeled this energy. My childhood friend Efe was one of my volunteers on this journey, often the first one that I tried whenever I ‘downloaded’ a new method or information. The information would sometimes come as downloads of thoughts and information, and sometimes the angels would ask me to just start giving healing then guide me step by step in where to go and what to do next. I also noticed that the group of angels helping me felt and clairvoyantly looked different from the angels and archangels I was used to seeing and communicating. They were the angels whom, in time, would be called Angels of Atlantis. Ultimately, they are no different from any other angel except being people’s guardian angels in Atlantis.

I received most of my downloads in channeling sessions I held with my friends. I’d channel the Angels of Atlantis, Archangels, and Ascended Masters Isis and Hermes. The first thing they taught me was the Atlantean Healing Procedure we teach in our classes today. What followed was the attunement that allowed people to channel this energy. The attunement was done by Isis, me, and the Angels of Atlantis. Over the course of many weeks and months, I’ve met several new angels, guides, and other light beings who were trusted with this ancient healing energy and system. Each was given an aspect of it for safekeeping until we were ready to receive it and practice it again on Earth.

The first person I attuned was my friend Efe. As you can imagine, there weren’t many people out there who would volunteer for an attunement for an unknown healing energy. Right after his attunement, I also got to experience receiving this energy for the first time from someone else. It was powerful. I remember tearing up and feeling like I was ‘home’. A part of me remembered the days when I could receive this frequency from another human being... At the time I didn’t know where that place was but I knew I’d find out soon.

After attuning a few more friends and listening to their experiences with it, learning and teaching how to apply the procedure for distance healing, I started feeling like it was time to share it with others. The process of discovering this energy and learning more about it took most of my early adult life. Rationally, I’d never feel ready, but intuitively I knew it was time. So, I had one more question for my celestial teachers; what do I call this energy and system? They said I’d find out soon. Great, I thought, another cryptic answer. Angels and Ascended Masters love leading us with proverbial bread crumbs! Yes, it often takes much longer to reach an answer but when we finally do get the answer, we learn a lot more during the journey than we initially inquired about it.

My bread crumbs started showing up in the form of people and the internet bombarding me about Atlantis. It was like everyone decided to talk, ask and write about Atlantis all of a sudden. I knew it was one of the ancient civilizations, but I didn’t think or study about it much until that day. I’ve always been interested in the present moment and where we are heading as individuals and globally. The only reason I learned anything about it at all was because I dreamed about it a lot when I was younger. Again, I dreamed about this magical place, later I came to recognize as Atlantis.

I was definitely aware of this new influx of information and interest around me about Atlantis and that it had a reason... At first, I didn’t connect the dots and thought maybe there was something for me to learn or discover about Atlantis. I didn’t realize it was the answer to my recent questions about the name and the origin of the healing energy I was born with...

My celestial teachers must have figured out that it would take me too long to connect the dots because they showed me the rest in meditation. Once again, I invoked my teachers and asked the same questions. Then, lay down on the floor to meditate and receive the answer. I relaxed so much that I felt like I would fall asleep. I let my body relax even more but kept my mind awake. It’s like being suspended in that curious state of mind between being awake and falling asleep. As I started seeing this white mist in my mind’s eye, I knew that I was finally about to receive the answers I was looking for. The mist cleared, and I found myself standing in a beautiful and giant temple with numerous stone beds where individuals were laid down, and around each bed, there were several people giving them healing.

Occasionally, I’d see a patient lying down with only one healer by his side. There were crystals everywhere and, unlike how we worked with energy here, I could actually see the energy coming out of these healers’ hands during the meditation. Without a doubt, I intuitively knew I was in a healing temple in Atlantis. After wandering around a while, I had someone join me. I can’t quite remember who though... It was like having an audio tour in a museum. As I was walking around, this person was telling me what I was looking at and what was going on.

During this meditation, I found out that even though people of Atlantis had natural healing abilities, when they experienced something they could not resolve themselves, they would go to the healing temples to receive help from the healer priests who’s been trained in healing. The energy that was channeled in the temples was the same energy I was born with.

Atlanteans were wise and intuitive enough to see what was coming, and their civilization would end soon. This is one of the many reasons why they had outposts around the world and regularly sent out explorers to the outside world to find homes for Atlanteans who were going to need one soon. During their time with the rest of the planet, during and after the end of Great Atlantean Civilization, Atlanteans only shared with the rest of the world what the world then could receive. What they couldn’t share, they’ve stored it in nature, in crystals, temples, and gave it to beings who would keep it safe until our consciousness and energy evolved to the point of receiving and using Atlantean spirituality.

Indeed, humanity have evolved (hard to believe judging from the news, but we did) to a point where people started asking bigger questions than how to find food, shelter, and land. We started questioning our purpose, spirituality, abilities, and realms beyond our physical perception. In time, we also evolved to a point where we -for the most part- stopped judging and persecuting those who study and practice spirituality.

Healers, channelers, intuitives, and teachers worldwide started finding and downloading the Atlantean wisdom that’s been waiting for them for thousands of years. Many people spontaneously or in past-life regression started remembering their time in Atlantis and its predecessor, Lemuria. The more healers worked with crystals and gemstones, the more they’ve started recalling their healing practices in Atlantis as crystal healing is mainly an Atlantean method.

We always expect to see more advancement and technology in the future, so having a civilization that was superior to our lives today in many ways was puzzling for me. I was told that one of the reasons why Atlantis existed was discovering our potential. While they didn’t have hundreds of millions of people like some countries today, those who did live there and their memories have merged with the collective consciousness of everyone. Thanks to their experiences and memories, we all had a hunger for inventing more. People knew that what they had, their lives and technology wasn’t enough. They were not content with it. Why? Because deep down, they knew there’s much more we can do and experience as humanity. Today, we are still hungry for new inventions in technology, travel, healing, and human abilities.

My journey and mission have never been proving the existence of Atlantis or finding remains from it. We are the remains. Many of us had incarnations in Atlantis, and some of us are even descendants of Atlanteans. I learned more about Atlantis by taking myself and others through past-life regression journeys than I could ever learn from anywhere else. People in different countries who come from different educational and cultural backgrounds describing me the same past-life observations and experiences were my proof.

I’d have a brave student or two describe what they’ve seen during a group past-life journey only to have many others join in amazement that they saw the same. Until those first students say it out loud, they’d often be too shy to describe what they saw or think they just dreamed it. How did I get to meet these students, you might wonder... Let me tell you.

When The Teacher Is Ready...

Finally, it was time to go out there and start teaching all that I had learned. Yet that was also when I started feeling intimidated about being the teacher and originator of a healing modality. I didn’t see myself as important or worthy to be one or to be taken seriously by the people. No one knew me anyway. Okay, maybe some people did because I was teaching about angels and intuition for a few years by then. Thanks to my blog and Facebook page, many people found my work and showed interest. None of those subjects were brand new topics though. I was one of many teachers and was happy to be one as we all have our unique way of communicating and teaching.

I turned to angels for help, and as usual, they did not fail me. They made me realize that all this time, I didn’t think about any of these fears and insecurities even once. I didn’t worry about teaching it to the first few students here and there either. Because all I cared for, was to learn more myself and share what I know, share healing energy and modality that can help them and help them help others in the process. I was freaking out now because I started thinking about ME. What would people think of me? Yet this wasn’t about me. I already had Atlantean Healing and knew how to use it. This was about helping and teaching others. The angels said, share something about Atlantean Healing on your Facebook page and tell people you want to teach it.

I wanted to argue although no one would care, but I knew better... Never argue with an angel. You’ll end up talking to yourself and not get anywhere. Angels don’t judge or argue. They pass their message and leave the rest to us. We can use our free-will to use the knowledge or sit with it. It’s up to us either way. Since I had nothing to lose by trying, I indeed posted about it online and was blown away by the number of enthusiastic and positive responses and invitations to teach.

The rest is history! There were people ready and willing in every city and country I visited in the months and years after that. One example would be a small town near San Francisco... I was going to give an evening talk about Atlantean Healing at a local metaphysical store, and more than 30 people showed up! In fact, the store had to turn some people away after that because they did not have space for more. Considering none of them knew who I was, I asked what made them decide to show up. Almost every single one of them said they just knew they had to be there. They didn’t have a rational explanation for it. They saw the event’s poster at the store and just knew they had to be there.

This story repeated in different cities and countries. My first Atlantean Healing class in Ljubljana, Slovenia, had around 40 people and so did the following classes. Most of these people didn’t know who I was, but they recognized the energy deep down. Some of them even dreamed of me before seeing my picture or name. Angels can get really creative when it comes to guiding us, and so can our intuition.

As I continued to travel, to teach, and sometimes to learn, I started anchoring the Atlantean Healing energy in different parts of the world to make it easier for practitioners to channel and feel the energy. The higher the vibrational frequency, the less tangible energy becomes for us.

The energies that has a lower (not in the negative sense, just lower) vibrational frequency are felt more tangible by those who channel and receive it. Yet the ’tangibility’ of the energy does not decide its healing effect. In fact, for the most part, high-vibrational healing energies tend to be more powerful, and healing occurs despite the fact that it isn’t easy for people to feel or intuitively see it.

I was guided to anchor the Atlantean Healing energy because unlike the good old times in Atlantis, there were only a few hundred people using it at the time. I wanted to make it easier for them to bring Atlantean Healing energy ’down here’ to planet Earth when they used. The original anchors were in Kona, Hawaii, right off a small island in Croatia, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Washington DC, and Istanbul. Odd combo, I know, yet they were the places I felt guided to anchor.

The angels told me that after 2012 and the global ascension it will bring to us, the energy would be more tangible and even more effective as people will become more receptive to it at their new vibrational frequency. Indeed, I could clearly see the difference in the emails I’d receive from my students. I could also see a difference in the attunement process. After 2012, it became much easier for me to attune the students who I taught as well.

The attunement is when I, actually mostly Isis and the Angels of Atlantis adjust the chakras and the student’s aura to be able to receive and channel Atlantean Healing energy. A good metaphor would be turning an AM radio into an AM/FM radio and saving a specific FM station for the person to find it quickly as well. While for the most part, I had to go to each student one by one to attune after 2012, I could attune entire groups of people –and without feeling exhausted afterwards.

And this would be a summarized version of how Atlantean Healing was born and came to be the healing modality it is today. In the following chapters, you’ll be learning some of the information we teach our students in Atlantean Healing workshops and we’ll also share with you spiritual and energetic healing methods that you can already use even if you are not an Atlantean Healing Practitioner.

On Midsummer’s eve, the year I was eight, I saw my younger brother do somersaults on the grass. At the same time, I saw a man in his eighties walk slowly by supporting himself on his walker. I realized in that moment that the man had been just like my brother. I wondered what had happened in-between to make him as stiff and bent as he was now. None of the adults could answer me in a way that satisfied me. They just said that it is what happens when you live a long time.

Since then, I have spent the main part of my life trying to understand how and why life can make your body get stiff and bent. Most of that time has been spent understanding how to prevent it from ever happening. The question has taken me on an exciting journey in different areas of human life. When I was in school, I thought I wanted to study to be a pediatrician to help children feel well. Then, I realized that what my heart was set on was to work at a theatre as a Makeup artist. I went to Los Angeles and Hollywood to study.

I worked for many years in Scandinavian theatres, operas, ballets and TV-stations as a Makeup artist and Wigmaker. During this time, I had the opportunity to listen to many life stories that gave me insights into how people think and act, that would have taken me more than a lifetime to get otherwise. In parallel to working, I was studying how the mind and life works according to different systems, religions, and science. I studied to become a licensed massage therapist and also a Reiki Master.

In 1996, I stumbled up on the BodyTalk System. I spent the following fifteen years immersing myself in information and knowledge about the body and mind, as seen from different perspectives. I studied at different Universities in Sweden, with PaRama College in US, Canada and in Europe. I also studied by myself; western medicine; Traditional Chinese Medicine; the theory of traditional Indian medicine; philosophy; history; space; quantum physics and mind techniques. After some years with BodyTalk, I quit my job as a Makeup artist. I started treating people full time with the help of BodyTalk, Lymphatic drainage, Reiki and Swedish massage. In addition to that, I instructed new BodyTalk practitioners and teachers and also trained people to become Reiki practitioners.

I saw Birkan on television in 2011 and felt that I had to meet him in real life. I signed up to one of his seminars; it just happened to be the one about Atlantean Healing. Once again, I felt I was at the right place at the right time in my life. I have always considered myself a finder rather than a seeker. I feel that my life is about to go in a new direction – and there it is. Or I find an answer to a question I didn´t know I had and the answer; really makes my life easier or makes what to choose crystal clear. My latest finds are BioGeometry, AgapeMind and HelioSol.

I was born into a family where experiences that others might see as extraordinary or strange was seen as not so interesting or special at all. One time when we were out walking with my grandmother, she all of a sudden explained, This is the place where your grandfather met his mother 10 years after she died. The important thing was the place where it happened. Meeting his mother was of little importance to my grandmother and the rest of the adults. When my brother, 12 years old, came home telling everyone at the dinner table that he saw a man, in the barn where he helped out, that must have lived a long time ago, my parents response was, What was he wearing? When they got the description, they said, Yes, it was probably a long time since he lived and that was that. No more questions and no more curiosity about the experience. When I was 6 years old, I came home from school really upset because our teacher told us to throw away the flowers we had picked in the forest instead of bringing them back to our classroom to put them in water. I told my mother because the flowers were hurt and had screamed when they were being picked, and now they would just die without being used. My mother didn´t comment that I heard the flowers; she just told me that offcourse, we have to save the flowers, and so we did.

I realized through Birkan’s seminars that I am a natural psychic medium; meaning that my subtle senses has been taking in masses of information and made it conscious all my life. This explains a lot for me. I have often wondered why people didn´t know or didn´t get what was going on in a person or in a situation. Now, I know that they didn´t get the information that I got. I would see when someone was lying, often also why they were, and people would still believe them despite them obviously lying. This and a lot of other things have been very confusing to me.

The structure and understanding provided by Birkan has made my everyday life a lot less puzzling. I am now studying the subtler parts of life by being a psychic medium, talking to angels and peoples helping teams. Angels are a part of my daily life, as is Atlantean Healing, Mahatma Energy, Christ Light and the energy tools of different flames. Life runs so much smoother nowadays.

Atlantean Healing

There are many different ways to do healing and many different healing energy frequencies. Comparing them to find the best isn´t relevant. In the same way, it isn´t relevant to go to an ice-cream store and compare all the different tastes of ice-cream to find the best. They taste different, and some of them you prefer, but all of them are ice-cream.

Atlantean Healing was used during Atlantis to restore balance within people, restore balance in their relationship with the environment too and in their relationships with others. The idea in the Atlantean society was that an imbalance within a body or in its environment was the cause of disease. This meant that the most important thing was to prevent disease by maintaining a person’s balance, and also to restore that balance as soon as an imbalance was felt or spotted.

When people were feeling well, being balanced within themselves and in their relationship with others and the environment, they would feel harmonious, have well working and supportive relationships and make smart decisions for the greater good of all; instead of being selfish, envious, or base their decisions on any other lack-consciousness, anger, or fear. It also meant that they would take good care of their environment, consider how they used resources and related to nature. This in turn would benefit the whole society by ensuring support for a nice environment for all.
