The Soul Archaeology podcast is hosted by astrologer, intuitive & quantum healer and somatic practioner, Ali Ofstedal. In this first episode, we learn about how Soul Archaeology was born from Ali's own spiritual journey and excavation process. While Archaeology is the study of past cultures, Soul Archaeology is the journey of studying one's own past. When we uncover what is held within our bodies and DNA, through our ancestral imprints, generation trauma and spiral of life, we can bring love and reconnect with parts of us that we lost. Ali recalls what life was like in 2016, listening to a podcast and feeling the initiation within her. Realizing her own life was out of alignment, out of touch with her core self, she knew then to start the process of coming back to herself.
You may ask yourself: "Why am I here in this life? What is my purpose?" Ali shares her belief that we are to fully embody the present so we can create a future that is expansive. She shares how passionate she is about becoming more embodied as she moves through her own life, sharing it, practicing techniques and tools that she has learned & utilized with clients in her 1:1 mentorship container. Connection truly heals - when we're witnessed in our depths and we feel seen we can heal in the connectedness.
