ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
The inspiration for this book is my new grandchild, Leonardo Jayson Zimmer. His presence in this world has inspired me to offer my wisdom on this subject, as well as to share my experiences. My thoughts and ideas will give him more insights on my understandings and help him know his grandmother better.
Throughout my life journey, there are so many people who have contributed to my growth. Most of whom do not even know how much they have impacted my life. My writings are a compilation of ideas and understandings that I have experienced first-hand in my efforts to reach my personal weight goals. There is never just one teacher or one source of learning. Time alone for introspection has allowed great ideas and understanding to be channeled to me from the Infinite Intelligence. Other sources or great teachers are people I met or have influenced me along the way. I have also learned from such great educators as; Tony Robbins, Bruce H. Lipton PhD, Dr. Joseph Dispenza, Matias De Stefano, Wisdom Nuggets, Marina Jacobi, Abraham Hicks, and the reads of too many books and articles to count. I bow my head in gratitude to all who have contributed to my growth, learning, lessons, and understanding.
FORWARD
This book is my format to offer insight to those with any addiction, yet more focused on weight issues. In this year of 2023, 17 years after my first book, No Gain, No Pain, A Mindful Approach to Weight Loss Management and my second book, Journal With Ease, it is sad to say that obesity, has risen so much in our society that it now includes many children. According to the Center for Disease Control, since 1980 obesity has doubled. According to the World Health Organization, worldwide more than 340 million children and adolescents between the ages of 5 and 19 have obesity, and 39 million children under the age of 5 have obesity. As of this publication, approximately 41% of Adults in the U.S. are obese. There are so many factors to this growing global symptom. And just as there are so many contributing factors, it must be met head-on with a multi- faceted multidimensional approach to reversing this epidemic. Once you realize that you are an energetic being, you will start to look for energetic solutions. Also once you realize that you are a spiritual being, then you will seek spiritual solutions. And mostly, once you realize you are a multidimensional being, you will seek multidimensional solutions.
INTRODUCTION
EVERY DIMENSION OF UNDERSTANDING YOU SEEK IS WITHIN YOU
- Franciene Zimmer
Weight management is not about the physical aspects alone. We are indeed multidimensional beings. We have at least 7 subtle energy bodies to include; etheric, emotional, mental, astral, etheric template, celestial and causal. We also have our basic frequency with waves of increased or decreased vibrations depending on our thoughts, emotions, and actions. In this understanding, we learn that food is not the only aspect of weight management. There is so much more to consider in your minute-by-minute choices, day-by-day. We are spirit beings having a physical experience. Therefore, there must be a spiritual solution to physical dis-ease and weight management.
It is always a good practice to journal any thoughts or ideas, as you read to understand these concepts. Every person has their own goals, their own strategies, and their own understanding. No one knows better than you what works best for you. This is your journey, your soul, and your free will. Take what you want from this and leave the rest. The Multidimensional Approach to Weight Management will offer many insights. You will gain awareness of limited beliefs and perceptions, and learn new ways to change them for better outcomes. This book will inspire more ideas and understanding for you to consider, on your healing journey; body, mind, and spirit. To re-wire the brain requires new concepts, new understanding, and repetitive information to help cement the new ideas within your subconscious mind. It is like downloading new software to the hard-drive. It takes repetition of new information to inspire new patterns of behavior to promote new outcomes. This book is timeless that allows the reader to review time and time again. Just like watching a movie more than once, you may gain new understanding with each review and read of the information. Being an avid researcher, my documented references would be thicker than the encyclopedia. Just understand this is my compilation of what I have learned based on my experiences and what I have felt to be true for me. My hope is that this will resonate with you, bring a new awareness to your weight management process, and help you recognize you are a unique multidimensional miraculous being.
MY JOURNEY OF AWARENESS
Over the course of many years companies offered snacks and high sugar items. There was also a time when being normal weight was expected and if you gained weight, you would not fit into the clothes advertised in the catalogues. For many, this prompted unhealthy habits of starvation and poor choices. Over time with the rise of obesity in society, the health issues also increased. In particular, diabetes increased by leaps and bounds. Then as 2020 came, obesity unfortunately became the "norm. The often times false perceptions of the ones overweight, outwardly relayed that those of normal weight, were
fat-shaming them. Then the pendulum swings in the other direction. In 2023, it has moved toward
skinny-shaming, yet perceived again, from the ones overweight, directed to the ones of normal weight. Any
shaming" perception, signals the need for inner work. Regardless of the perceptions, one thing we cannot deny is that with obesity comes health decline. Medically, obesity is associated with such diagnoses as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, fatty liver, inflammatory diseases and more. During flu season it is often promoted that those with obesity have lower immunity and become a high risk for other maladies. Often times it can take an event to prompt a change in how people behave. The best behavior modification for obesity is to first realize you have an addiction to sugar and carbohydrates. The awareness alone will help to break the addiction, change patterns, and get healthy again. Something as serious as a food addiction requires deep introspection to learn how to find the shadows within and bring them to light. For me and my experience, my best solution is to eliminate sugar, choose healthy vegetables, fruit, and protein, and do my best to prevent the destruction of my microbiome. But this understanding did not come without an inner journey and years of learning and awareness. It was not until I went deep within, that I was able to realize the best outcome for myself. In this book I share the inner work that I did to get to my goals, and maintain the management of my weight. I can only share my experience and understanding. You must do the labor of love if you want to succeed. It always comes back to the Self. It is an inside job. It is a reprogramming of the subconscious mind as well as conscious awareness. Yes you can do it, but you must believe in yourself and create new patterns of change. You are a beautiful multidimensional expression of God’s creation. You are limitless.
Believe in you and you will achieve your goals.

THE PLAYING FIELD
Every person will want to consider understanding the dynamics of the playing field before getting into the game to win it. This allows one to understand the elements and obstacles that one will encounter on the field. Know Thyself
and Love Thyself
allows for the best outcome utilizing the most effective tools and strategy in this and every endeavor.
Affirmation: I am grateful for the morning’s promise of growth and discovery
Notes
KNOW THYSELF
Before you begin any endeavor, you want to look at or understand what it means. To get the best understanding of what anything means, you must first, know thyself. Socrates termed the Know Thyself
concept as he felt that when you know yourself, you will know and understand your choices and better understand others. When it comes to weight management, it is basically involving the process of knowing yourself and managing you. Knowing Thyself
feeds in to the entire reality of your existence. You are everything and everything is you. So as you self- analyze and self-observe, you can look at you, your choices, your thoughts, your energy; your habits and patterns. Know Thyself! Know the who, what, why, where, when and how. Once you are self-assured and self-accountable, you will then be ready to accept the self-discipline and spiritual growth of the weight management process.
Affirmation: "I am grateful for
