About this ebook
The poems arranged between the covers of this book are poems which have received many awards and recognitions,... from the heart and soul, and they talk about love and jealousy, longing and fear, joy and sadness, secrets and fears, what the author throws out of herself, and what each of us more or less keeps into himself.
There comes a time when you simply want to enjoy discovering what you feel, what is buried deep in your heart... The author totally honestly, extremely bravely, opens her soul and paints in verse what she feels, what hurts her, what she dreams about... just like a painter does on a canvas. She doesn't think about whether someone will like it or whether what is written is valid. It's fine for her because through these poems the author tries to find her lost self-confidence, to find herself, which she needed a long time ago.
Poets try to weave into their poems the best silken threads that their imagination can offer. Instead of allowing those silken threads to get tangled and make a mess in their heads, they spend a huge amount of precious time turning their hidden emotions into messages that they send through indelible words, through verses, and this author is one of them!

Emotion Gallery - Azemina Dokaza Klobodanović

You know, the bitterness we carry inside us marks us forever, we can never erase or soften them. We can pretend that we have forgotten about them, but they remain an integral part of our personality until death.
All my life I struggled to build the self-confidence that was denied to me at the start. I built it on the ruins of my soul, which suffered and suffers because of the knowledge that I was an unwanted child, primarily to my father, a child who was an orphan next to a living father, at least in the beginning, and when I was only ten years old, when he moved to a better world, I became an orphan in the true sense! Yes, I am the one they didn't want, the one they didn't love, the one who was redundant... You have to be born from love to live with it. My parents, already in their advanced years, did not conceive me out of love, but quite by accident, I guess in a moment of passion... It's no wonder then that my poems, which I started writing in my later years, are filled with sadness...
This is my second book of poetry, now written in English. The book contains also poems for which I received many awards and recognitions, and which were published in joint international collections of poems and world multilingual anthologies of poems by poets from all over the world, including my name. They have traveled and are still traveling not only in my country, but also in dozens of other countries, thus bringing people together across our planet.
The poems arranged between the covers of this book are poems from the heart and soul, and they talk about love and jealousy, longing and fear, joy and sadness, secrets and fears, about what I threw out of myself, and what each of you more or less keeps in himself. There comes a time when you simply want to enjoy discovering what you feel, what is buried deep in your heart. My dear readers, I completely honestly, extremely bravely, opened my soul and painted with verses what I feel, what I love, what hurts me, what I dream about, just like a painter does with a brush on a canvas. Yes, there are not only those poems that talk about my emotions but also about the emotions of others, what lies in their soul.
Poets try to weave into their poems the best silken threads that their imagination can offer. Instead of letting those silk threads get tangled and make a mess in their heads, they send their hidden emotions and messages through indelible words, through verses, and I am one of them!

The author
A child's smile
A smile should adorn the face
Every child from the street
All the other kids always wear it
Because they don't beg for love and attention
They don't dream of those little things
Because everything
will certainly come true for them.
Make every child be satiated
To wake up with a smile
To feel love and happiness
Every morning, day, and night
Don't let tears caress their faces
Especially those kids off the street.
Give a smile instead of tears
Give them a little gift
Which might fit in a fist
Don't look at who they are
Are they black, yellow, or white
All of them will be grateful to you.
Children's tears hurt a lot
Children are born to be looked after and loved
Don't let sadness follow them
For your goodies, less or more
Their smile will return you much more!
A fool in love
You suffocated me with your love
I couldn't shake you off
Choose a different path
You spoke sweet words to me
And then you became a different person
Unknown and cruel to me!
You made a fool out of me
Hugged and kissed the other in me
You didn't appreciate my love
You quenched your thirst at my springs
In your mind, you caressed someone else
While you were treading on my love!
In the end, I came to my senses
From that naive girl
Crazy in love
Not a trace remains
I became a very strong woman
Very dear to someone else
It was so easy to forget you
Anyone wouldn't like you even as a friend!
A habit
You get used to breathing as soon as you're born,
you get used to your mother, your father...
You get used to being loved and you love,
and later you beg for a handful of attention,
for a nice gaze and nothing more.
You get used to living in two, then in four,
so again, there are two of you, and you alone...
You get used to tears and pain,
for a little bit of joy, for a lot of it,
you get used to being happy even when you are alone.
Out of habit, almost every morning
quietly inside that, no one can hear, you suffer and pray:
At least sometimes stops in the days of our youth,
surprise and love me as you did at that time,
caress me with a warm look at least sometimes!
You would so love to tell him:
Let this love become a habit
this morning, today, and tomorrow,
get used to it you
loneliness is mine and yours, but know one thing,
I'm yours and you're mine, though you be own!
A message in the poem
When once all the clocks stop
When the stars
