About this ebook

The concept behind this book is found first in the text of Mark chapter five which we will discuss below. Here the authorized version of the Bible states that "virtue" went out of Yeshua which healed a woman with an issue of blood for twelve years. Emanations of G-ds Virtuous Power - Rabbi Dr. Walter Oakley

    Dedication

    To Dr. Elizabeth my Rose.

One day you found me and saw potential. Like a craftsman, you have made me into who I was intended to be. You’ve read everything I’ve written and begun correcting my failings. You always put me first. How can I ever tell you how much you mean to me? You are a living model of Eshet Chayil.

    Acknowledgment

Firstly, this work is indebted to the many faithful Teachers, Scholars, and Sages who have opened Dialogue to the materials found herein.

We owe a debt of gratitude to the many teachers and mentors who have instilled their knowledge in us over fifty years of our ministry.

    Chuck and Minnie Munsell

As a young man, I sat under their teachings and began ministry as an Adult Sunday School Teacher. Through guidance and instruction, I found my comfort zone in teaching and ministry.

    Ray (Pop) Boatright

He made me read the books and give answers to his questions. He opened a world that became the basis for many of my current beliefs.

May Mcowen. Late Azuza Street Prophetess

How do you learn spirituality when the teacher does not give a verbal lesson? Through silent speech. May Mcowen and I spent many hours and lessons communing in a way that is not normal interaction. Here there was a bond whereby communication was spiritual. We did not have to be in the same place to communicate with each other. Some might say telepathic, some call it Prophetic, but I say that it was PURE spirit. We could speak by knowing the other's spiritual intent. The level of discernment and knowledge superseded Binah and Da’at and stood at the gates of Hokhmah. There are no words to put into words what was not spoken. We communicated through the invisible spermatic word of G-d. Blessed be her memory."

    International College of Bible Theology

Dr. Verda Thomphson asked us to speak concerning the Biblical Festivals for several of the Theological Doctors and staff, our lessons opened the doors to our acceptance into Bible College. Here we put into practice all our abilities to research and develop curriculum. From these Courses came the desire to write them into books.

    H. Em. Rabbi Dr. Yosef ben Haggai

We spent countless hours of Torah study and learning to ask the right questions. We labored to find the structure and order of the Nazarean Codicil (New Testament) as it should be coded to the Triennial Torah Reading Schedule which H. Em. Rabbi Dr. Yosef ben Haggai and H. Em. Rabbi Dr. Hillel ben David struggled to recover from antiquity.

We would like to give Dr. Conny Williams a thanks for encouraging us to put these materials in book form. She has been a dear friend for over twenty years.

    About The Author

    Prologue

    Emanations of G-d’s Virtuous Power.

The Divine purpose is to uplift and mend the Universe to the designated state envisioned by G-d from its inception. This process of elevation and rectification is termed Tikkun. Various occurrences have led the cosmos on a downward trajectory. It falls upon humanity to undertake the task of reinstating and elevating the cosmos to the position that paves the way for the subsequent phase of G-d's plan, irrespective of how it unfolds. This is the job of humanity. You have been selected.

Within this book, our aim is to illuminate the path toward the Virtuous Power ordained by G-d for His people. Throughout, the narrative of the Bible, we witness the engagement of numerous agents whom G-d has employed, using diverse strategies to fulfill His intentions. Nevertheless, comprehending the selection process remains beyond our grasp; we cannot fathom who will be chosen or the intricate depth of G-d's actions through these chosen conduits. Despite our dedicated reading and study, we can never assert to possess comprehensive knowledge of the enigmatic will and potency of G-d. Our hope lies in individuals attaining personal insights on how to harness these profound tools of influence.

This book is intended to open the eyes of the reader to potential power that has been overlooked by others for healing the Last, Least, Lost, the Little, and the Dead. Resident within each of us is the power to change our world. When we come to the awareness of this resident power, we will begin to address negativity in our realm of influence. Being created in the Divine Image gives us the decided ability to change not only our world but the course of the Cosmos. In this book, the first of two we are introduced to Hokhmah (Wisdom) Binah (Understanding), and Da’at (Knowledge) to learn their secrets and the power resident within each of them.  In the second book Forty-Nine Gates of G-d’s Virtuous Power," we address the forty-nine Gates to spiritual perfection as is laid out in the Counting of the Omer between Passover (Pesach) and Pentecost (Shavuot). On the day of Shavuot (Pentecost), we stand equipped for any situation with the full gambit of G-d’s Virtuous Power.

Here we learn that these are NOT gifts to a special elect few, but the power invested within each of us to use for G-d’s Divine Directive of, bringing good to ALL humanity.

The Spiritual Ministry of Emanations of Divine Power

    Our deepest prayer is...

For your love is better than wine.

    Therefore, the virgins love you.

    The Beginning

This book began as a word study which began in 1994/95. Because of my deep–seated desire to study the Bible, I was given this word study on the power words of the Nazarean Codicil[1] to develop and present G-d’s[2] power. I began the study and was immediately overwhelmed with the task. The word study was fragmented, and many aspects were nothing more than word lists with vague ideas in marginal notes. Over the years, we have accumulated vast amounts of data collected in computer files and pages of printed notebooks. Therefore, we did not set out to create books on the subject material at the beginning, as those documents were the seminal foundations we are now trying to present.

Time has given us the ability and knowledge to build and understand the best models of G-d’s power and our interaction with those models. We have been asked several times to teach these lessons and have taught many lessons to the point of great moderation. This is because the power of G-d is NOT a toy or wonderful teaching to disperse to those who do not live lives of pure spirituality and holiness. We will develop these ideas so the student can understand our meaning and purpose for generating these materials throughout this book. In short, the person who seeks to use the Miraculous, Virtuous Power of G-d must live a life of pure G-dliness. Self-indulgence and fame seekers will only be frustrated and disappointed when their ego blocks every path to use this power in selfish and egocentric ways.

    Emanations of Power

    Introduction

How can we begin a conversation on the power of G-d? How can the frail human mind fathom the deepest possible wisdom of G-d in action and then think that he can even slightly imitate it? When we stop to imagine His immensity, how can we fathom it?

The concept behind this book is found first in the text of Mark chapter five, which we will discuss below. Here, the authorized version of the Bible states that virtue went out of Yeshua, which healed a woman with an issue of blood for twelve years. This transference of virtue can be seen as an Emanation of G-d’s power. Thus, the healing power used was an Emanation of G-d’s virtuous power. Within Jewish spiritual tradition, the Emanations of G-d’s power relates to ten characteristics suggested and alluded to in the text of Hakham Shaul’s (the Apostle Paul as Sage of Jewish tradition) first letter to the Corinthians in chapter 12. Here, he speaks of the Nine gifts of the Spirit. In contrast, Jewish tradition reports the number to be Ten Emanations, which contains attributes that can be emulated and realized by those who study these skills. In this work, Emanations of G-d’s Virtuous Power, we delve into the first triad of these Ten Emanations. These Emanations are Hokhmah, Binah and Da’at (Wisdom, Understanding and Knowledge). These Emanations from the Jewish Tradition on Creation and Cosmology. We take an in-depth look at them and their relationship to creation and their Emanations as G-d’s Virtuous Power.

How brash is one who thinks he can fathom G-d!

YET: There is a deep–seated idea within us to seek Him, to speak with Him, to praise and Adore Him, to know Him. Why do we have such a strong desire to pursue Him?

    The Title

    Why Use the title?

The Emanations of G-d’s Virtuous Power

The Spiritual Ministry of Emanating Divine Power

After years of study on G-d’s power, Dr. Elisheba and I realized that the KEY to all power is found and begins with compassion. While working on the 175 Torah Sederim and translating large portions of the Nazarean Codicil, I came to Mark chapter 5. In the New King James, the verse reads...

Mark 5:30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in Himself that power had gone out of Him, turned around in the crowd and said, Who touched My clothes?

    The King James reads...

Mark 5:30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes?

Literal Equivalent translation by H. Em. Rabbi Dr. Eliyahu ben Abraham

    Mark 5:25-34

And a great congregation was following him and pressing in on him. And a woman who had had a discharge of blood for twelve years, and had endured a great ordeal (much) under a great number of physicians, and had spent all that she had and was not helped at all, but rather had grown worse, after hearing reports about Yeshua, she came up in the congregation behind him and touched the fringe of his tallit. For she reasoned within herself, If I just touch the fringe of his talit, I will be made whole. Immediately, the flow of her blood dried up, and she knew in her body that she was healed of her affliction. Immediately, Yeshua, knowing (Da’at having an intimate knowledge) in himself that the virtuous power had gone out from him, turned around in the congregation and said, Who touched my tzitzit? And his talmidim said to him, You see the great congregation pressing in on you, and you say, 'Who touched Me?' And he looked around to see the woman who had touched his tzitzit. But the woman, fearing and trembling, aware of what had happened to her, came and fell down before him and told him the whole truth. But he said to her, Daughter, your faithful obedience has made you whole; go in peace being made whole of your affliction. LitETREBA

The authorized text recognizes that the flow of Divine power is related to virtue. This is a study in and of itself. Yeshua loses his status of being ceremonially clean, so a woman with the impossibility of virtue can be transformed and healed all in only the process of touch. The reality is that Yeshua was going to raise a dead girl. If he had touched her in a state of ritual impurity, he would have been rendered unclean. However, he needed virtue again to raise the girl. How could this miracle happen?

    Mark 5:35-43

As he (the Master) was speaking, there came from the chief of the synagogue's house, certain, saying: Your daughter has died; why do you still trouble the Master? And Yeshua immediately, having overheard what they said, spoke to the Rosh HaKenesét, Do not be afraid; only trust in Ha-Shem. And he (Yeshua) did not allow anyone to follow him, except Shimon HaTsefet, and Ya’aqob, and Yochanan the brother of Ya’aqob; And he came to the house of Yair the Rosh HaKenesét, and saw an uproar, much weeping and wailing. And having gone in, he said to them: Why do you make an uproar and weep?  He comforts the parents by saying The child has not died but is sleeping. And they were laughing at him, knowing she was dead. And he, having put everyone out, took the father of the child, and the mother, and those with him who were filled with faith, and he went into where the child was lying. And, having taken the hand with his Tsitsit of the child (bound his Tsitsit on her hand), he said to her: Talitha Cumi! which is, being interpreted: She who is in the Tallit (a young girl before bat-mitsvah), arise! And immediately the young girl arose and began walking, for she was nearly twelve years old; and they were overcome with great amazement, And he charged them sternly, that no one should know this thing. And he said that there be given to her something to eat. LitETREBA

Without great exegesis, he follows the pattern of the Prophet Eliyahu. He wraps the girl in his Tallit, which is a holy garment and cannot be rendered unclean by touch. He wraps the fringe of the Talit around her hand without touching her flesh. Then Yeshua lays the Tallit upon the girl, and the virtue of the Tallit permeates the dead girl, and she is returned to life.

Virtue is a key to power! Virtue is related to holiness. This is a very important lesson. Yeshua was less concerned with spirituality than holiness.

Setting aside the whole legal argument of the text, we see that Yeshua went out of his way to comfort both the woman with the issue who had violated the commandments and the parents of the young woman. This comfort gave rise to faith(fulness) and virtue (ceremonial holiness), which was the tool he used in both cases to heal. In the first case, Yeshua was holy, i.e., set apart for G-d’s use. In the second case, the Tallit is a tool set apart for holy use. In both cases, holiness does its job by making the needy holy – recentering them and restoring them to G-d’s service.

In our title, we see an abstract but perceptible power that issues or originates from G-d’s Virtuous Power, which specifically makes a slight transfer to change the status, which produces a visible physical result. This transfer of Virtue is a miraculous change of status, rendering the recipient ceremonially holy (clean) and whole.

    Psalm 92

To the music of the ten-stringed lyre and the melody of the harp. For you make me glad by your deeds, O LORD; I sing for joy at the works of your hands. How great are your works, O LORD, how profound your thoughts!

    Power School: Introduction

II Luqas – Acts 10:38 God anointed and consecrated Yeshua of Nazareth with the Ruach HaKodesh and with miracle-working and virtuous power; how he went about performing acts of righteous compassion and generosity and curing all who were harassed and oppressed by the influences of the adversary, for God was with him. And we are eyewitnesses seeing and hearing everything that he did both in Yisrael and in Yerushalayim. LitETREB[3]

Yochanan – Jn 6:28 Then they said to Him, What can we do, in order to continually be working the works of God? How are we to carry out what God desires? ראבא

Thus, we open this book to begin our studies on The Emanations of G-d’s Virtuous Power; we first must understand that the model for all these abilities is found in Yeshua HaMashiach[4] , the proto-Mashiach. The ministry of Mashiach reaches back to the very beginning and, therefore, teaches us a plethora of lessons that can be emulated. Many aspects of this concept will often be difficult to understand. We will try to comment on these ideas and clarify them as we proceed. We will also find Biblical heroes who use unusual means of healing and performing miracles. We will try to address these throughout the books on Emanations of G-d’s Virtuous Power. However, this book and those in the same genre that will follow will not be able to cover all the available study material.

Many teachers and schools of thought look at the so-called gifts[5]  of the 1 Cor 12 and the Nazarean Codicil[6]  as if they were merit badges for only a select group of ultra-charismatic personas. We hold the belief that the so-called gifts are the innate abilities of the Neshamah (the Soul), which is the inner spiritual core of the G-dly people. No part of the following material is intended to insult any group, culture, or people. We are appealing to every student to seek G-d with every fiber of their being and to work the works of G-d. Our lessons here are not intended to be ridged dogma. Rather, we would try to set patterns and beliefs that help us accomplish the desires of G-d. As Hakham Shaul[7]  clearly indicates, there are infinite possibilities in the manifestation of G-d’s powers invested in His (G-d’s) agents. These agents are often called Sh’liachim, meaning sent ones.

The Emanations of G-d’s Virtuous Power serve to follow G-dly patterns but on a grander scale, and they serve to repair and elevate the cosmos to the place G-d has intended from the beginning. This process of restoration and reparation is called Tikkun. Multiple events, such as the fall of Adam, have sent the cosmos in a downward spiral. It is our job and occupation to restore and elevate the cosmos to the place that opens the door to the next historical stage of G-d’s plan, regardless of how that will unfold. In this book, we hope to show the path to Virtuous Power that G-d has planned for His people. Throughout Biblical history, we see that there have been a great number of agents that G-d has used in many ways and with many different strategies in His agenda. That said, we can never totally understand who will or will not be used. Nor can we understand the depth or what He will do through any vessel He chooses. Some vessels have been used for reasons often weighing heavily on the mind. Nor can we say who will or will not be used as a vessel of Honor or Dishonor. For all that we will read and study, we can never claim to know all the mysterious will and power of G-d. We pray that many will gain personal insights into how they can function with these deep tools of force.

It is important to know that these teachings are built on the belief that Yeshua is Mashiach. Messiah is one of the deepest Mysteries we can ever seek to understand. However, we look at the role of
